Emplacement idéal pour visiter Sète

L'accueil et l'emplacement sont les valeurs sûres de cette location. Par contre nous avons trouvé un peu juste la fourniture du linge pour un séjour de 10 jours et certains éléments ménagers pas très propres (cafetière, bouilloire entartrée, literie etc..)

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage ist super. In die Garage ist es schwierig mit einem grösseren Auto.

We first stayed in this property about 10 years ago (not sure of exact year) and were so pleased when it became available to rent again. For two people in their early seventies, it was worth the climb up two sets of stairs to be able to stay in this roomy apartment with its view over the canal; and the sound-proofing on the windows made it very quiet. Although it is roomy, I'm not sure that it would work for a group of five because of the way the bathrooms are arranged. There was no wash basin in the only toilet and all the (very generous) washing facilities were together in one other room, so not easily shared at the same time.

Hot days and no wifi

A beautiful house and well located, but in the middle of a heat wave it turned out to be difficult to sleep at night. Although the description of the house advertised Wifi, it turned out that there was none. Parking in the area is very expensive and scarce, the space offered by the property was appreciated even though it is difficult to access.

Appartement spacieux et très bien situé.

Bel appartement, spacieux, clair, offrant tout le confort qu'on attend d'une location de qualité. Très bonne literie, vaisselle en grande quantité. Cet appartement est idéalement bien situé, près des halles , près du marché et des commerces. Le garage est très appréciable car très difficile de de garer à Sète. Mais 2 grands étages à monter pour accèder à l'appartement! Très bon accueil de la propriétaire.

Un emplacement au top avec une vue magnifique

A proximité de tous les commerces et restaurants, vue imprenable sur les canaux, un appartement spacieux et très bien équipé. Un parking fermé ce qui est bien appréciable à Sete. C’est l’endroit parfait pour des vacances agréables. Accueil sympathique et efficace. Je recommande vivement.

Proprièté idèale à proximité de toutes commdités, et sèjour confortable, hotesse sympathique.

Belle surprise que que ces vacances dans cette ville de Sète, Logement avec vue belle vue sur le port, emplacement au centre ville à coté des restaurants, des bateaux de croisière à louer, arrêt de bus proximité pour se rendre aux diffèrentes plages. Interieur spacieux, confortable, literie, vaisselle, TV, et accueil chaleureux de Mme Servat. Bref destination à recommander.

Excellent location

The apartment is spacious and very centrally located, with a beautiful view of the canals and very near to shops and restaurants. It is simply furnished, but has everything you need. Even during the highest temperatures southern France has EVER experienced (June 2019), it was bearable, if not very comfortable in the appartment. I can recommend it. Tip: take the bus and have a meal in a restaurant by the port in Marseillan.

"Die Wohnung ist sehr schön mit Blick (aus zwei Zimmern) auf einen der Kanäle gelegen, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden und in gutem Zustand. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, Bahnhof, Ausflugsboote, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. (Der Supermarkt liefert ab einer bestimmten Einkaufssumme kostenlos nach Hause.) Zu den Stränden führt ein längerer Fußmarsch oder ca. halbstündlich der Bus 9 (Haltestelle 5 Minuten entfernt). Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns gute Tipps gegeben sowie Stadtplan, Busfahrplan usw. zur Verfügung gestellt."
