Home has a very open living area and is surrounded by many porches and viewing areas. There is a wonderful crow's nest that can be used to take in the amazing sunsets. Walking distance to beach, marina, shops and restaurants 3 spacious bedrooms and a loft area provide comfortable accommodations for 10 guests.

Why they chose this property

Our amazing water way home is surrounded by wonderful porches and amazing sunsets. We are less than 5 minutes from the beach and a quick walk to the marina, restaurants and shops. On summer weekends, there are concerts and festivals underneath the bridge and across the water way at Betty's Restaurant. Holden Beach is a wonderful island that is relaxing and fun. Bring your boar, charter a fishing excursion , paddle board down the waterway or just sit on the porch and relax. Our home will not let you down!!
