Cozy home in Okrug Gornji with sauna

This beautiful semi-detached house is ideal for families who want to spend their vacations together. The vacation property consists of two residential units that are connected by an external staircase and therefore offers privacy to each party if needed. Relax on the terrace while the children play in the fenced area with playhouse and swing or refresh themselves in the pool. On the fully fenced property is also a summer kitchen with large table for 12 people, which invites to socialize. The small resort is known for its beautiful pebble beach, which offers many recreational activities. You should also visit the cultural city of Trogir. In Trogir the complete old town center and in Split the Diocletian's Palace are under the protection of UNESCO. Nowhere in the world are there such cultural treasures within a radius of only 30 km. It is possible to make excursions from Trogir to the neighboring islands. Ciovo is an island connected to Trogir by a bridge. From there you can also get to the center of Split by boat (from the place Slatina). The landlord lives nearby and is at your disposal if you need anything. Be sure to visit the cities of Trogir and Split, which offer many opportunities in the summer and offer various events and activities that will complement your vacation, as well as excellent gastronomic offer, which includes traditional Dalmatian dishes and other delicacies.

Family getaway

The villa was a lot better than we thought.It was just right with the Villa being divided up into 3Appartments it was like a little Oasis.We used the outdoor kitchen all the time .walking down to the lovely beach was ok just a bit steep back.The parking in town and by the beach expensive.Shop in walking distance.would highly recommend.

Great villa in a decent location.

Villa is great, it's basically two, two bedroom apartments, with a single room ensuite also on the ground floor accessable by a sliding door. Then you have the Sauna, Jacuzzi, small gym and the pool.As well as an outdoor kitchen area, you have to clean up after you cook or the ants come out, but that's not a huge issues. Worth also noting there is construction going on around the island so some mornings there is construction going on next. Also the building is on a T junction that is quite busy sometimes, so be prepared to hear traffic including construction traffic at time. Over all though I don't feel it massively effected our stay, it was only noticable on two of the mornings of our stay.
