Come and have a wonderful vacation at my lovely beach house. Have ur meals in the large, sunny upscale kitchen with a skylight. Or sit out on the cafe deck to enjoy morning coffee or in the evening for a glass of wine. Relax in the vaulted ceiling living room to enjoy 40” TV
.Two Bedrooms located on the 2nd floor with vaulted ceilings and sliding windows. Shower bathroom on the 1st floor.
5 minute Stroll to the private beach to relax and enjoy a peaceful day of tanning, daydreaming, napping, swimming, watching the sailboats or just read a book. Take the ferry from Hyannis to the "Vineyard" or Nantucket; experience whale watching in Plymouth and P-Town or walk along its charming beaches historic waterfront. Have fun at Wareham attractions paddle boarding, kayaking, waterpark, go cart, miniature golf and driving range. Feast on locally caught seafood, lobster and "chowda". Convenient supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, pharmacies, liquor stores and 420 dispensary all within 1-2 miles

Nice Stay
My daughter and I stayed in Dede’s house for 10 days. Overall it was a very nice experience. The property was just as pictured with a nice outdoor space, it was close to the market and a walk to the beach, Dedee was very attentive and called 2x to make sure we were ok and did not need anything, and the house was comfortable and well stocked.

I am a native returning from the hustle and bustle of big cities. I’m also a personal chef and cooking classes as part of my retirement. I specialize in Italian cuisine and known as The Italian Diva.
Why they chose this property
This is primarily beach area as there are 7 to 10 beach communities in Wareham. Allowing us not to be driving over the Cape being challenged by the thousands and thousands of cars. This is very peaceful where there are several areas where you can launch a boat or your other beach toys. . Just a 6:55 minute stroll down to a sandy Beach where you can lay out and suntan yourself. Watch the birdies or the boat activity or just take a nap or read a book. You’ll love it.
What makes this property unique
Including a brand new chef‘s kitchen with all the amenities and a large island in the center you’re gonna love it. Also includes a sliding door which leads to a breakfast deck for your morning coffee or you could sit out there to sip wine and enjoy the stars at night.
