Vacation apartment Höttingen - Adults Only - near Brombachsee

The apartment "Zum Stadl" is one of two apartments on our farm. If you want more information about the apartment, visit our homepage!

If you drive to our farm and park on one of the free parking spaces in front of the apartment, your holiday home is on the left side of the property. After a few meters you reach the separate entrance to the 90sqm apartment. The living space is distributed on 2 floors and offers in the entrance area a small living room with underfloor heating, fireplace, sofa bed and TV SAT.

Then it goes up the stairs. First you reach a small intermediate floor with seating and a small desk. After a few more steps, you will come to the open dining-living area of ​​the apartment. In the Mediterranean style you have plenty of space to spend a day indoors. A beautiful dining area invites you to linger just as the sofa area and of course there is also a satellite TV.
The kitchen is well equipped and has u. a. via an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and a dishwasher.

From the living-dining area you come into a separate bathroom with a spacious shower, washing area and toilet - incl. Daylight window. Opposite is the door to the bedroom, which is located at the back of the property overlooking the garden, with a large double bed (180 x 200 cm) and the highlight of the walk-in closet.

Of course you will get from us tea towels, towels and sheets. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

Our large garden is free to share. Whether enjoying a round of table tennis or enjoying the sun in one of our sun loungers, it invites you to feel at home. For example, let the evening end with a barbecue or a glass of wine.

Trotz des insgesamt sehr wechselhaften Wetters haben wir unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und herzlich begrĂŒĂŸt. WĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthaltes wurden uns aufkommende Fragen von der Gastgeberin umgehend beantwortet. Die Fewo ist sehr gemĂŒtlich und kuschelig eingerichtet, sodass man sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter rundum wohl fĂŒhlt. Der wunderschöne Garten mit vielen verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten, lĂ€dt zum relaxen und verweilen ein. Die Gegend ist einfach traumhaft schön. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Urlaub in der Natur

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und außergewöhnlich. Der Garten ist bezaubernd, mehrere Ecken mit Sitz-,Liege- & Grillmöglichkeiten. Man kann stundenlang im Garten verweilen und den Tieren zusehen. Auch die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich.

Ankommen und wohlfĂŒhlen

Das „Stadl“ ist eine Ferienwohnung auf einem wunderschönen restaurierten Bauernhof. Eine Woche Auszeit war dort Ruhe und Entspannung pur. Die sehr sympathische und gastfreundliche Vermieterin empfing uns nicht nur sehr freundlich, sondern verwöhnte uns auch mit einer Flasche Wein und gab uns zahlreiche Freizeittipps sowie Restaurantempfehlungen. Vielen Dank nochmals! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet sowie kreativ und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Highlight war fĂŒr uns der Kaminofen im unteren Bereich, der fast tĂ€glich angeheizt wurde, da das Wetter es nicht allzu gut mit uns meinte. Der weitlĂ€ufige Garten mit mehreren heimeligen PlĂ€tzen lĂ€dt zum Verweilen ein. Außerdem gibt es einen Teich, Grillmöglichkeiten, eine Feuerstelle sowie einige kleinere StĂ€lle fĂŒr die putzigen Haustiere. Es waren erholsame Tage in einer sehr gemĂŒtlichen Unterkunft, mit einer sehr netten Vermieterin und einer Umgebung mit vielfĂ€ltigen Ausflugszielen.

GemĂŒtliches HĂ€uschen mit Holzofen

Wir haben den Jahreswechsel in Höttingen verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die liebevoll restaurierte Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Auch der Garten mit den Tieren ist wunderbar angelegt und lÀdt im Sommer sicherlich zum Verweilen ein. Unser persönliches Highlight war der Holzofen im Wohnzimmer.

Wunderschöner Urlaubsort

Mit sehr freundlicher Betreuung und sehr lieben Gastgebern war der Urlaub in Höttingen sehr erholsam und schön. Wir haben jeden Tag entweder eine Fahrradtour durchs AltmĂŒhltal oder eine Wanderung gemacht. Sehr schöne Wohnung und einen tollen Garten mit vielen Tieren, die ein ausruhen angenehm bereicherten. Perfekter Urlaub.

Die Ferienwohnung ist genau wie beschrieben. Liebevoll eingerichtet und gerĂ€umig. Jede Menge Platz und Komfort. Vermieterin sehr zuvorkommend und immer bereit zu helfen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass es sich bei den Möbeln nicht um ausrangiertes Zeug handelt. Wir haben uns prĂ€chtig erholt. Perfekter, ruhiger Standort um die Gegend zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zu erkunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Kurzurlaub und waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal hier. Sowohl die Ferienwohnung als auch die Vermieter waren klasse. Man hatte von Anfang an das GefĂŒhl, herzlich willkommen zu sein. Unser Sohn hat vorallem die Tiere sehr ins Herz geschlossen, die Pferde und den kinderlieben Familienhund hĂ€tte er am Liebsten mit nach Hause genommen. Ganz klare Weiterempfehlung!!!

Idyllisch wie noch nie

Das Landgut in Höttingen ist wunderschön restauriert. Der Garten lĂ€dt richtig zum TrĂ€umen und Relaxen ein. Entspannung pur! TagesausflĂŒge sind gut zu organisieren. In nur kurzer Zeit ist man in schönen Regionen, die zum Radfahren oder auch zu Besichtigungen einladen. Von der Familie wurden wir Ă€ußerst herzlich aufgenommen. Wir konnten uns im Garten vollkommen frei bewegen und uns unser LieblingsplĂ€tzchen aussuchen, ohne das GefĂŒhl zu haben, zu stören oder nicht willkommen zu sein. Es war ein sehr unkomplizierter und liebevoller Umgang miteinander! Von so einem schönen Platz kann man nur trĂ€umen.... Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder dieses schöne Anwesen als unser Urlaubsdomizil wĂ€hlen!

Charmante Unterkunft mit idyllischem Garten

Wer abseits der ĂŒblichen Touristenpfade erholsame Ferien in schöner Landschaft verbringen möchte, der wird in dem bĂ€uerlich geprĂ€gten Dorf Höttingen gut aufgehoben sein. Die Unterkunft ist Teil eines alten kleinen Hofs, den die EigentĂŒmerin mit viel Liebe und Sorgfalt restauriert hat. Besonders schön ist das hinter dem GebĂ€ude gelegene GartengelĂ€nde mit vielen netten Ecken zum Entspannen. Wer Tiere mag, dem werden die frei laufenden HĂŒhner, GĂ€nse und Pferde gefallen; mit dem ruhigen und absolut zahmen Hund schließt man schnell Freundschaft. Der Kontakt zur nebenan wohnenden Vermieterin war unkompliziert und herzlich; insgesamt eine wohltuende AtmosphĂ€re in einer guten Mischung aus Diskretion und Zuwendung. Danke fĂŒr die schöne Zeit!

Mooie omgeving, nette woning

De woning is precies zoals op de foto's. We waren er 14 dagen en voelden ons prima thuis. Wel is de woning praktisch gezien onhandig ingedeeld. Het keukendeel is ruim, maar de bank staat echt recht voor de badkamer en niet bij een tv. De tuin was mooi, maar we zijn er weinig geweest, omdat je geen directe toegang hebt. Dat hadden we liever gehad ipv door de voordeur naar buiten en dan de gezamenlijke tuin in. De verhuurders zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De omgeving is geweldig voor wandelaars en bierliefhebbers ;-)

Lovely place if you want to be remote

The place itself is quite nice but not really for more than two people unless it’s a child. Also the location is very remote! Bike rental is quite far away (about 12 km). If the other flat is rented by other people and you want to have a bbq you need to ask if it’s possible for you to do so because it’s a shared garden. there are animals in the garden which is not for everybody to have their meal with chickens and dog and goose walking around your feet! It was a bit expensive for what it is.
