This all season, four bedroom cozy vacation home is ideal for those who are looking for a modern, very comfortable and well equipped 'home' on the lake, ideal for families. This location offers a dock, spacious flat lawn areas, children's playhouse, lakeside firepit, mature lot with a west exposure to view the spectacular sunsets. This is also an excellent location from which to explore the Trent-Severn Waterway as well as the many activities and attractions of the Kawarthas, including antique shopping, art galleries, local festivities, Emily Provincial Park, and enjoy the beauty of simply relaxing. This is not a "Party Cottage" - we do have close neighbours in this quiet haven, who we respect greatly. Please only rent this vacation home if you can do the same. Loud music, noise, foul language outdoors, smoking inside and on deck is strictly forbidden. Thank you for your understanding.

The area around dock is not ideal for swimming due to weed build up, however, one who does not mind might want to wear water shoes. Chemong Lake is connected to Buckhorn Lake, Pigeon Lake, Big Bald and Little Bald Lake without passing through the lock system. There are other public beaches in the area, including: Henry’s Gumming Beach (Whetung St. E.) , Lance Wood Park (Chemong St. S.), Jones Beach (908 Jones Beach Road, Bridgenorth), Ennismore Riverfront Park (1053 Ennis Road, Ennismore), Selwyn Conservation Area (Birch Island Road, Selwyn) Or visit

It is a Fisherman's paradise with ample opportunity to catch smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, walleye, yellow perch, Carp, Muskellunge as well as a number of Panfish.
