The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 8 or outside, in the garden, on the balcony or on the terrace enjoying views of the lake, the mountains, the swimming pool and the sea.
The villa has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including a double bed, 1 including 2 single beds and 1 including a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower, a bath tub and toilet. The 2 bathrooms are fitted with a shower and a toilet.
The villa features a desk, a washing machine, cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment, a dryer and air conditionning.
Note that the cleaning, towels, bed linen and tourist tax are included in the rental fee.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed on demand, for an additional fee of 5€ per pet per night. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property.
