'Ostseebrise 16' in our beautiful penthouse apartment in the house 'Ostseebrise' in Strandpark Großenbrode. Enjoy a nice and relaxing holiday and return with new forces back into your everyday life.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Electricity / water / heating are included.
A tourist tax is payable, these pay locally in the office.
Laundry package and firewood can be ordered upon request.
100, - Euro deposit are due in advance.

Our penthouse apartment situated on the fourth floor and spread over two levels. You can reach the apartment easily via the elevator. Upon entering the apartment you enter the cozy living area. The lounge area is a spacious sitting area with TV available and you can look directly to the dining area with open kitchen. Our well-equipped kitchen is great for cooking various dishes. The delightfully prepared meal you can eat in the dining area at your leisure. The dining area has a bar counter with four bar stools.

The balcony in a prime south-west orientation is accessible from the living and dining area. On the balcony you have a table with 4 garden chairs and a large parasol. Let the fresh sea air blow your face and enjoy the beautiful sunshine on the balcony.

In our spa you will find a spa tub and a spa shower. Here you can completely relax and let yourself go. A washing machine is also available.

Immerse yourself in your dream world: The first bedroom with double bed and TV is located on the lower level. In the closet is a safe in which you can include your valuables. From this bedroom you have access to another small balcony. The second bedroom, also with double bed and TV, can be found on the open gallery (attic) on the upper floor, which you reach via the wooden staircase in the living area. Note for families: The stairs can not be secured.

Due to the great South West location of the apartment you have from all rooms overlooks the Baltic Sea!

From May to September, a free beach chair is available on the south beach of Großenbrode.

A bicycle storage room, where you can store two brought or rented bicycles, is in addition to the house.

Tolle Wohnung mit Teilblick auf die Ostsee. Kurzer Weg zum Strand und zur Strandpromenade, Strandkorb lag genau zwischen Wohnung und Promenade. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Alles in allem ist es eine sehr schöne Wohnung, in der alles vorhanden ist, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Auf den zweiten Blick stößt man allerdings auf ein paar Dinge, die nicht so optimal sind. Allem voran die fehlende Verdunklungsmöglichkeit der Fenster in den Schlafzimmern. Zum anderen sind ein paar Macken recht lieblos repariert, die Bilder an den Wänden ausgeblichen und das Besteck könnte man mal tauschen und das Geschirr zumindest für vier Personen vervollständigen. Auch die Elektrogeräte sind in die Jahre gekommen, in den Toaster würde ich kein Brot mehr stecken, welches ich essen wollen würde, der Wasserkocher schaltet nicht mehr selbstständig ab und Kühlschränke gibt es auch neu. Das mag jetzt alles sehr pingelig klingen, aber wir denken, dass man für den Übernachtungspreis auch eine Wohnung bekommt, in die über die Zeit auch investiert wird. Der Blick aufs Meer ist einmalig und auf dem Balkon lässt sich der Tag sehr gut ausklingen.

Tolle kleine Wohnung mit Meerblick

Haben die Wohnung schon das zweite Mal gebucht. Ein Teil des Mobiliars wurde zwischenzeitlich erneuert. Der Meerblick wird zwar von davor stehenden Häusern etwas eingeschränkt, war aber trotzdem schön.Wir finden es dort toll und würden die Wohnung wieder mieten.

die FeWo hat alles was man benötigt.. der direkte Blick auf die Ostsee, wunderschön.. wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen und man kann an vielen Stellen kann man die Seele baumeln lassen..

Tolle Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick auf die Ostsee

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Sie war sehr sauber bei Anreise und ist sehr ruhig, da man ganz oben ist. Man ist für sich bei all den Wohnungen und hat auch nicht das Gefühl, dass einem jeder reinschauen kann. Den Ausblick auf die Ostsee haben wir geliebt und die frische Luft, die einem um die Nase geweht hat. Das Highlight war der Strandkorb der zur Wohnung gehörte und wenn man tolles Wetter hat, sollte man den unbedingt nutzen. Alles in allem wunderbar. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Wir hatten eine tolle zu kurze Auszeit. Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Gut wäre wenn im Obergeschoss ein Tritt stehen würde damit man das Fenster öffnen kann, kleinere Menschen haben da leider Probleme. Ansonsten war es richtig schön.

Schöne Wohnung

-Fa. Ideal Objektbetreuung war in der vorgegebenen Zeit, telefonisch nicht erreichbar, kein Rückruf, angegebene E-Mail Adresse war nicht korrekt. Henkel von der Kaffeemaschinenglaskanne war gebrochen, Betten haben bei jeder Bewegung geknarrt, haben fast kein Auge zu getan. Ansonsten war soweit alles in Ordnung

Wunderbarer Urlaub in Großenbrode

14 Tage Sonne in einer tollen kleinen Wohnung in der 4.Etage mit schönem Ausblick zur Ostsee und ins Hinterland. Auf der kleinen Terrasse konnten wir jeden Morgen die frischen Brötchen vom nahen Bäcker PUCK genießen. Zum Strand waren es nur 250 m, dort hatten wir einen Strandkorb, der zur Wohnung gehört. Im nahen Fahrradparkhaus gehörte auch eine abschließbare Box für 2 Fahrräder zu der Wohnung. Uns hat an nichts gefehlt. Verbesserungswürdig wäre nur der TV-Empfang für die 3 Fernseher. Obwohl wir den schlechten Empfang bereits am 2.Tag bei der Verwaltung gemeldet hatten, hat sich in den 14 Tagen leider nichts am teilweise gestörten Empfang geändert. Aber dank WLAN konnten wir online übers ipad schauen. Der zur Wohnung gehörende Strandkorb (Nr.51) war zwar super, es wäre aber schön gewesen, wenn dieser am nächstgelegenen Strandzugang aufgestellt würde, so dass man nicht fast bis zur Seebrücke gehen muss (Mit dem Gehen habe ich z.Zt. nämlich kleine Probleme) Alles in Allem war es aber ein wunderbarer Strandurlaub mit vielen tollen Fahrradtouren.

Sehr schöne, kleine Wohnung mit traumhaften Rundumblick zur Ostsee! Da wir nur zu zweit da waren, war der Platz ausreichend. Mit bis zu 4 Erwachsenen wäre es eng geworden. Die Wohnung ist sehr nett eingerichtet. Das einzige Manko sind die, aus hygienischen Gründen, mit Plastik überzogenen Oberbetten, Matratzen und Kopfkissen. Ich kann das zwar verstehen, aber leider schwitzt man sehr darunter. Vielleicht gibt es da eine andere Lösung.

tolle Wohnung

Unser Aufenthalt war wie immer super. Wohnung sauber, von allem da. Zwei Heizkörper wurden nicht warm, aber der Monteur war sehr schnell vor Ort und hat es behoben. Wir waren schon mehrfach in dieser Wohnung und haben auch wieder gebucht. Allerdings wäre ein Austausch der Küchenstühle an der Reihe, da diese ausflocken.
