Perfect getaway location!

We loved it! Beautiful resort, excellent condo! Everything was clean, beds were very comfortable and the staff was very nice. We especially enjoyed the hot tubs downstairs and the jetted tub in our room! We were on the second floor and I thought it might be a little noisy but it wasn't at all. We couldn't hear anything with the doors closed. We had a very relaxing stay. If it had a second bedroom and bathroom, we could happily live there! We will definitely book here again.

Not my favorite stay

Check in was irritating after a long drive and arrival of 1:30 am. Had to try to explain what VRBO was to check in clerk as he couldn’t find my reservation right off so don’t do the express check in. The stove was full of dirty cookware. The bacon grease was still in the skillet as well as all cookware was dirty. Kids run up and down the halls after midnight. Parents be considerate of others please. Staff was not friendly if asked questions or expressed concerns. Unit is small and older.

Excellent Stay. Very memorable!

We stayed in the magnolia tower which is the slightly dated side of the hotel, but it was exactly as listed on vrbo. No surprises. It was clean and nicely maintained. Excellent views of the ocean. Close to many things. We stayed with family (including 2 kids). We all had great fun.

Great place to stay

The room was nice. Had to call maintenance a couple times for minor issues which were quickly fixed. Bad electrical outlet, minor refrigerator issue and a/c issue which were quickly remedied. The kids enjoyed the multiple pools and lazy river. There were plenty of elevators, it was very clean, security on site. There is a store right across the street. There's plenty of parking available. The resort is far enough away from the crowds of the boardwalk, which is a plus!
