Enjoy our NON SMOKING BASEMENT SUITE in a quiet waterfront neighborhood located Located on the beautiful Watts Barr Lake. Owners live upstairs, but you have a private entrance into your suite right off the lake.

Swimming, fishing, jet skiing, paddle boarding and more!

You have access to the shared boat dock with a covered veranda, rocking lounge chairs, table and chairs for outdoor dining. Loads of fishing and relaxing. You also have access to the newly built outdoor living area with chaise lounges, dining for 6, and a covered porch with hot tub for the star gazers, a grill for that fish you caught, 2 rockers for your morning coffee or late night wine.

Plenty of backyard to enjoy a game of catch, frisbee or simply get some exercise.

You also have access to our fully decked gym! Please see us for times as we do host boot camp classes and personal training sessions.

We even have rentals available for your water fun! Jet ski, paddle boards, kayak, canoe, and a boating experience! Please see us for rental rates.

You may see us working in the garden, paddle boarding with friends or enjoying our own cup of coffee or wine on the back patio. We love to visit and we are open to keep to ourselves. Our goal is to make your experience one you will never forget!

The feel of the country yet close to shopping and restaurants. Only 20 minutes from Knoxville. 45 minutes to Knoxville Airport. 50 minutes the Smokies, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. Hiking and falls galore!!

Wonderful experience

My boyfriend and I stayed for Labor Day weekend; we couldn’t have had a better trip. Sandy and Steve’s house is beautiful; the private suite was perfect. Had access to hot tub, great Lake views and Sandy/Steve were very informative about things to do/enjoy in the surrounding areas. Was a wonderful experience that we would recommend to anyone looking for a few relaxing days away!

Beautiful Scenery

We loved our stay on the lake. The property was gorgeous and the views were amazing. Stacey and Steve were very hospitable and made us feel at home. Our 2 year old had a great time playing on the edge of the lake, with dad of course. Just watch out for the small tree when backing down the driveway to unload. Overall, great place to stay!!

Great Weekend

My friends and I spent the weekend celebrating our bride for a bachelorette party. We loved spending time on the deck, the hot tub, and on the dock. The owners were super nice and had great communication if we needed anything. Great trip!

Serene & Peaceful

This lakeside property is as described, but the pictures don’t do it justice. We found the hosts to be very friendly and quickly responsive! The beds were very comfortable, and linens very nice quality. The only reason I didn’t give the property location 5 stars is no fault of the owners, but the roads to get there are narrow and full of tight turns. Unfortunately we had to arrive after dark which added to the difficulty. As long as you do your driving during the day.

Zero privacy!

Owner met us in the driveway when we pulled in. She give us a tour and the list of strict rules. 1st thing we were told is they can hear EVERYTHING WE SAY while in our area (their basement) & we could hear EVERYTHING they said or did over top of us. We could hear every step they took, the silverware hitting their plates when they were eating. So we felt like we had to whisper. AND curfew/ "quiet time" was 10pm! Not that we were going to have a loud party or anything but we like to listen to music while in the hot tub. Definitely couldn't have done that especially when we felt like we couldn't even talk to eachother. Also there is NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY AT ALL. We were told to got out to the street or on the dock if we wanted to smoke. I'm completely fine with not smoking INSIDE but if we are OUTSIDE I don't see a problem. The entrance in to your stay area is NOT private AT ALL! It is an enclosed porch crammed with tons of work-out /gym equipment that the home owners use as well as a workout class that is taught in the morning right outside the sliding glass doors of your stay area. After the tour we were immediately angry at the lack of privacy, all the noise, & rules, that we left! We paid for 3 nights /4 days and stayed less than 2 hours. We were charged cleaning fees & insurance fee at booking. Which made this place more expensive than others.Our trip/ stay was a rare get away treat for us. Our quiet time and privacy is VERY IMPORTANT! THE WHOLE ENITRE POINT OF GETTING AWAY!!! Also the driveway is steep incline with gravel so We got stuck trying to maneuver our vehicle. Kinda scary sliding backwards in tight area. We traveled all the way from northern Ohio to Tennessee for this trip! We Ended up staying in a hotel for that night and went elsewhere. So if you're looking for a place where you feel like youre staying with your parents again...THIS IS THE PERFECT PLACE!
