Stunning modern ranch style home in the heart of Lenoir City Tennessee. When you first step through the door you will see the beautiful vaulted ceilings, stone fireplace ,and open airy layout.

The home is furnished with pillow topper memory foam mattresses, a living room you won't want to leave, and a newly renovated kitchen with beautiful countertops and new appliances.

The home is on an acre of land located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from I-75 and the Tellico Lake.

Love the cozy feel of a farm house, or a luxury modern feel? This is the perfect place for you! The living room is the perfect place to sit down and enjoy your morning coffee or play board games with friends. Our kitchen is perfect for entertaining your guest.

Sit back and relax on the front porch and take in the vast mountain views.

Looking to work from home? Our internet clocks download speeds of over 400mbs. Perfect for those zoom calls and other business needs.

Enjoy our master bedroom which features a king bed with a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious tile shower. Our other two guest beads feature queen beds in each room. In addition we have a double air mattress to accommodate extra guests.

Walk out to our backyard patio where at night you can relax by the fire pit under the lights.

Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to be the next top chef!

The living room is furnished with a nice 70 inch flat-screen smart TV where you'll be able to Netflix and chill with friends.

In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to things like: coffee, a blow dryer, towels, soap, napkins, oxygen and more.

While this adorable home is the perfect private getaway for you and the family, its location makes it easy to get around.

What a lovely, and comfortable home! The large backyard lot was a plus, and you can’t beat the location for easy access to Knoxville and the Smoky Mountains. The kitchen is terrific (complete with a great, large fridge), and the bed has a wonderfully comfortable mattress. We will absolutely stay here again next time we’re in town. There’s no need to look anywhere else!

Great home overall and we were thankful for a nice and clean, pet-friendly home too! They’re getting harder and harder to find! Lots of space to spread out. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Great supply of toilet paper and paper towels but bring trash bags. Owners were very responsive to a few questions we had throughout our stay. The location was perfect for us-we were in town to visit family in Kingston & then another day in Tellico Village-this home was basically in between the 2 but also super close to food/restaurants and grocery! Easy check-out! & loved the little sign at the front door (see pic)! Overall, great place!

The property was very comfortable for our family gathering. All of the bedrooms were spacious and clean. There were good towels and washcloths in sufficient numbers. The kitchen was well-stocked with a set of sharp knives and most types of utensils. We did need to borrow a large dutch oven for one of the dishes we prepared one night. It would have been nice to have had either aluminum foil or parchment paper for a dish we made in the oven. It was nice having a keurig and regular coffee maker. The assortment of dishes, glasses, and wine glasses were great! It would have been nice to have hand soap at the kitchen sink and a few more trash bags. One very nice feature was sitting out on the back patio in the early morning and late afternoon, and on the front porch in the morning and afternoon as well. All of the furniture inside was very comfortable. The layout of the house is great! We appreciated the quality of the internet.The location is perfect for getting to local grocery stores and restaurants, as well as the local places of interest to visit, such as Loudoun Dam.Communication with the host was excellent. My questions were answered quickly and thoroughly.I highly recommend this place, and if our family is in Knoxville or Lenoir City in the future, we will look forward to staying here again.
