Wonderful home with dock on Tellico Lake

We would love to share the Dock Holiday House on beautiful Tellico Lake in Loudon, TN with those interested in a comfortable get-a-way. Located in Tellico Village, the lake house is about 30 minutes from Maryville and 40 minutes from Knoxville. Tellico Village offers many ways to entertain, from live music on Friday evenings at the Yacht Club, three world class golf courses to work out facilities complete at nearby Recreation and Wellness centers.

Lenoir City, which is 12 miles away, has additional restaurants and shopping. Calhoun's on the River is about 15 minutes up the lake. The quaint town of Loudon, with its antique shops and 'mom/pop' diner is 5 miles away.

Dock Holiday House offers a beautiful wooded view, with a deep water dock on a quiet cove. The house has four bedrooms and three full baths. Upstairs is a great room with fireplace, kitchen with double oven, breakfast nook, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, dining table, and screened porch that will make you feel as if you're in a tree house. Downstairs has a media room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, a game room with ping pong table, an outdoor porch with lovely views of the lake and a grill. In addition to four bedrooms that sleep two each. There is also a futon in the ping pong room. Bedding, towels etc. are provided.

A walk down the stairs will take you to the private dock with access to tie off your boat. Boat and kayak rentals are available at various locations around the lake. The location is close to great hiking trails, is 58 miles to Pigeon Forge and 67 miles to Gatlinburg.

Dock Holiday House has WiFi, NetFlix, and cable.

It is a great location for a quiet get-a-way for two, but also easily accommodates larger groups and works well as a gathering place for family and friends.

Tellico septic/sewer system is temperamental. Please only use Scott toilet tissue and do not flush anything else down the toilet.

This a beautiful spacious home that we have enjoyed for our family Thanksgiving two years in a row. It has all the necessities of home for the kitchen. This property is wonderful for family gatherings. We had our Thanksgiving dinner with family here. It is a beautiful, spacious home that is warm and inviting with fantastic sun room for beautiful views of the lake. The fireplace is a lovely touch. The dock holiday house is set on a wonderful wooded lot overlooking a deep cove on Tellico lake. The sunroom off the back of the house feels like a tree house and provides a tranquil setting for relaxation. Down the steps awaits your private dock which can be your outdoor recreation hub for your stay. Swim or fish right off the dock, or rent a kayak or pontoon boat and try to explore as much of the 357 miles to Tellico lake shoreline as you can.
