Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit #603 is a very spacious two bedroom/two bath condo located on the 6th floor of the Breakers East on the beach.

Spectacular beachfront views from spacious 30 ft balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room.

Elevator modernization has begun at Breakers East. We will be down to one operating elevator until projected completion date end of April 2024. Unfortunately, this is unavoidable, and everyone’s cooperation and understanding would be appreciated.

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, and Subway. Blalock Seafood Market is just a block to the west. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.

Damage Protection is mandatory.

(2) $800 refundable damage deposit will be due prior to check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after departure (if no damage occurs).

Excellent place to stay

This was a great place to stay for our quick trip to Destin. The view of the ocean from the patio was spectacular. Everything was clean. The kitchen was well stocked for anything we may have needed for cooking. The private access to the beach was so close and very convenient. There was always plenty of parking. Having reserved beach chairs and umbrella just for staying there was also a nice addition. It was a great location. I would stay here again if/when I go back to Destin.

Great View!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is very well decorated,roomy & clean with a great deck & wonderful view. Just wish one of the elevators would not of been down. It was a long wait for the elevator & it was not very busy. I would NOT stay in this unit or building again until it is fixed. It would b a nightmare in the Summer especially with young children & a lot of luggage or groceries.

Perfect Destin Get Away Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect. We had our 4 yr old son and 2 yr old daughter and we had more than enough room for our family! The view of the ocean and sand were amazing to wake up to every morning ! The location is perfect! Minutes from all the restaurants! Gated community so we were safe! You also get two beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach! All the amenities in a condo to cook as well! We will be back!
