Amazing 2BR Beachfront Condo in the Heart of Destin

Welcome to your beachfront paradise!

Maximize your beach vacation with our exclusive amenities and spacious accommodations. Here's what you can expect from your stay:

1. Beachside Bliss: Located in the heart of Destin at Sterling Sands Resorts, enjoy direct access to our private beach where beach service is available for an additional cost (March-Oct). Additional, chairs are available free of charge in the unit. Our third-floor unit promises mesmerizing gulf views, drawing repeat guests year after year.

2. Spacious Comfort: Relax in style within our 1200 sq ft condo. Well stocked kitchen with breakfast bar and exceptional views of the Gulf. Enjoy a relaxing dinner inside or out and relax afterwards in the living room enjoying the 55" TV. Plank tile flooring throughout and natural costal decor throughout.

3. Restful Retreats: Sleep soundly listing to the waves in the gulf facing master bedroom's king sized bed. The master bath features double sink, soaking tub and shower. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin bunk beds and on suite bathroom includes tub.

4. Outdoor Oasis: Watch dolphins play in the gulf or enjoy a view of the pool from the 26 foot balcony plus enjoy access to private beach. Chairs available in room or you can purchase chairs and an umbrella from beach attendee for an additional fee. (low density building)

5. Convenience & Recreation: Unit includes full kitchen, washer & dryer, community pool and hot tub, onsite gym and grilling area. Explore nearby attractions such as the The Track Amusement Park just across the street or take a stroll along the beach to The Back Porch restaurant. Enjoy an array of shopping close by including Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet mall along with an abundance of dining options in close proximity.

Additional Information:
- Important note: max occupancy of 6 guests including children. Please note if you arrive with more than max occupancy listed, the HOA will not allow you to check-in and you will not be entitled to a refund.
-Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. The HOA will not allow you to check-in and you will not be entitled to a refund if you are below the minimum age.
- Resort Fee: HOA requires you to register and purchase wristbands for any guest older than 5 years old. The 2026 fee for the wristband is. $15 + tax per person. You will receive a link to register and purchase wristbands for your party prior to your check in date.
- Parking & Essentials: Enjoy a covered private parking space along large open parking lot for an additional vehicle. (Up to 2 vehicles allowed) HOA office is located at the west end of the parking garage and will provide parking pass and wristbands

We had a wonderful week on the beach. My sons loved the heated pool and splashing in the waves. We loved the easy access to the pool and beach. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella was so convenient, too!

This is a great condo! Very clean and comfortable. The pool was nicely heated and the hot tub was nice too. Virginia the property manager was extremely responsive! I highly recommend this condo.

The condo is just as pictured and super clean. The views are amazing, as is the beach and water. Communication with Virginia, the host, was excellent, very quick to respond. If we decide to return to Destin next summer, I will definitely re-book.

Beautiful condo nicely furnished. The grounds, pool area and workout room were very well taken care of. The beach is beautiful. Everything is very secure. Covenient location, close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Virginia was quick to respond with any questions. She was a great host. Can't wait to return. Highly recommend this condo!

Spring Break

Everything was great at this condo. LOVED the walk-in closet in the master, extra coat hangers, and double vanities in the master. Check-in process was GREAT. The property management group was AMAZING to work with. Chair rental was great! Very easy to secure our chairs. It was nice that we had a reserved covered parking spot. The dryer stopped working the last day. Immediatly, someone was in the condo checking on it. They were unable to fix it that day and offered to help accommodate any laundry needs we may have up until departure. Highly recommend this unit and any units with Flanagan Group.
