Several bathrooms are available, one with a shower and a toilet and one with a bathtub and a toilet.
The villa features air conditionning, a washing machine, a fan, central heating, ironing equipment, mosquito nets, a safe, cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner.
Note that tourist tax is included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 90 euros to be paid on site. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 20 euros to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 50 euros to be paid on site.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed on demand, for an additional fee of 30€ per pet per stay. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property.
