Welcome to the Lake! My Lakefront Condo has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy the Beautiful view and Sunsets from the 2nd-floor balcony porch.

The community pool is located nearby and tennis courts are onsite. There is lots to enjoy in the area, White Water Center, NASCAR events, horse riding, Many Golf Courses. A variety of great dining Cornelius, Huntersville, Davidson, and Mooresville! Uptown Charlotte and Charlotte Motor Speedway are only 20 minutes away. Birkdale Shopping Center is within a five-minute drive. Jetton Park has many walking trails and playground for the children.

This condo is more than a rental—it's a cherished second home. To preserve its tranquility, we do not rent to large groups for events like weddings or reunions and firmly discourage parties. Your peace of mind is guaranteed with an exterior security camera at the front door—rest easy, the interior remains your private sanctuary.

For the classic arcade game lover, we've leveled up your stay with a Head-To-Head Arcade Table. A Heavenly Retreat at Perle du Lac

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the enchanting Perle du Lac, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were captivated by the beauty and pristine cleanliness of the property. Every detail was meticulously attended to, creating an atmosphere of luxury and comfort. Perle du Lac goes above and beyond in providing everything you could possibly need for a delightful stay. The well-stocked kitchen, complete with snacks, made us feel instantly at home. The property is impeccably maintained, showcasing a level of care and dedication that is truly commendable.The location of Perle du Lac is simply divine, offering breathtaking views that elevate the entire experience. Nice vacation stay

Property was clean and everything appeared as in photos online - nicely decorated! Kitchen was well appointed for cooking and lots of helpful notes and labels found throughout to make it easy to use everything. Communication with host was excellent! Very Firm mattresses, nice view of the lake. Thank you for sharing this rental!

I have been both a host as well as a traveler. I am also an interior designer, and hopefully, you will enjoy and appreciate this factor in what I have done with the space. Since I do stay here frequently, some of my personal belongs will be in the condo for guest stays... but not enough to be a bother. It also means you will have the added benefit of a fully stocked kitchen and all appliances any gourmet cook could want. Perfect for longer stays.

Our goal is to provide travelers with a wonderful vacation experience and to then use proceeds from our rentals to contribute towards building schools for children around the world through Pencils of Promise.
