This is a beautiful condominium with amazing top floor views overlooking pool, lake, and steps distance from North Harbor Club which offers amazing food complemented by waterfront ambiance of Lake Norman. Also, in the cove and walking distance is The Cottage-wine bar and The Cabin- cocktail bar both have live music on the weekends. 5-minute drive to the charming town of Davidson- Downtown which is lined with an eclectic array of locally owned shops, galleries, and restaurants with The Village Green at the center. The Green serves as the social hub for the Town's annual events such as the Concerts on the Green music series and provides Davidson College with a venue for its outdoor events.

Two Comfortable Bedrooms- Master bedroom has view of lake and pool. Amazing living room with fireplace and smart tv. Freshly remodeled kitchen with new appliances and fully stocked for those who love to cook like the owner, trails for walking, tennis and pickleball courts. Condominium has one bathroom- bath towels, pool towels provided.

Utilities include- Washer and Dryer, high speed internet, trash, smart television in sitting room.

Minimum 3-night stay. Please note the home does not allow pets of any kind.

Convenient & Clean

In town for a week to visit my son @ Davidson. This property is very convenient to campus as well as everything that I needed while there (grocery, gym, coffee). The only thing is that there is no elevator or washer/dryer. Other than that, it is a great place!

Lovely

Comfortable, clean and just perfect for me. I was visiting Davidson college for the weekend. This place was a great location and very cozy. The host was gracious and responsive. Highly recommend.

Lake Norman condo

Very quiet, clean and well maintained. Beds very comfortable and had everything we needed. Enjoyed walking to restaurant across the bay. We would stay here again.

It's so comfortable and the deck is an extension of living space which provides so much relaxation for the soul.
