Welcome to our beautiful top-floor condominium with breathtaking views of the pool and Lake Norman. Just steps away from the North Harbor Club, Enjoy exquisite dining with a stunning waterfront ambiance. Nestled in a charming cove, you’re within walking distance to The Cottage wine bar and The Cabin cocktail bar, featuring live music on weekends.

A short 5-minute drive takes you to the quaint town of Davidson. Explore its eclectic mix of locally owned shops, galleries, and restaurants, all centered around The Village Green. This vibrant hub hosts annual events like the Concerts on the Green music series and serves as a venue for Davidson College's outdoor events.

Our condo features two comfortable bedrooms, with the master offering serene views of the lake and pool. Relax in the cozy living room with a fireplace and smart TV or cook up a storm in the freshly remodeled kitchen, fully equipped with new appliances. Enjoy outdoor activities with nearby walking trails, tennis, and pickleball courts.

The condo includes one bathroom, with bath and pool towels provided. Utilities such as a washer and dryer, high-speed internet, and a smart TV in the sitting room are all included.

We require a minimum 3-night stay, but exceptions can be made upon inquiry. Please note, pets are not allowed.

We had a great girls weekend at this little lake condo! It had everything we wanted and more, with a convenient restaurant and bars walking distance in the marina. Would definitely recommend to stay again!

This location can not be beat - we were even within walking distance of a local spot open "late" (until 10pm:) with great music, cold beverages and plenty of places to sit outside. The condo was perfect - comfy beds, plenty of towels, dishes, seating, and super water pressure in the shower. The water views and proximity to everything we needed and everywhere we went were great too thanks to being so close to 77. And - with it's location to downtown Davidson, there was so much to do just outside our door. Check in and check out were super easy too - when we come back to Charlotte, I hope this location is available, because we would love to stay here again!

Great property! Very clean and well decorated. Close to many local hangouts.Fun view from the balcony overlooking North Harbour Marina and the restaurant.Plan for many stairs as this unit is 3rd floor with no elevator. Was good cardio for wife and I in our 60's LOL! Would Highly recommend!

It's so comfortable and the deck is an extension of living space which provides so much relaxation for the soul. It's very hard to describe, but the vibe in the community makes you feel like you are always on vacation. I have decided to host and share all the beauty this condominium offers.
