Welcome to Lake Norman. Aqua Vista is a beautiful newly renovated waterfront condo. With a private pool for residents right outside the large covered porch, just steps from the boardwalk and tennis courts onsite there is plenty to keep your crew busy and happy! Sip your coffee on the patio while taking in the lakefront views. The condo is within walking distance from beautiful waterfront dining, Port City Club offers excellent food and refreshing cocktails. Aqua Vista provides all the amenities and views you need to kick back and relax!

The condo has three bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queen), two full baths, large full kitchen, and washer & dryer.

Conveniently located in Cornelius, a short drive to Uptown Charlotte. Plenty of nearby shopping, dining, and entertainment there is something to do for everyone!

Perfect weekend

We enjoyed our stay for a long weekend. The home looked just like the pictures. It had everything we needed. Beds and furniture are very comfortable. Fantastic location. We would stay again.

Short vacay

My daughter flew in from Switzerland for a short stay with her two year old. Tub in master not really clean and the shower curtain definitely needs to be replaced. Overall very nice but temperatures prevented some activities (no fault of the owner)
