Lighthouse Lookout- 3BR | Boat Dock | Waterfront
Spacious townhome with superb views of Assateague and the iconic Lighthouse. Located on deep water, this home features a private 20' boat dock—perfect for boating, crabbing, fishing, or simply enjoying the waterfront setting.
First Floor:
The main level includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, half bath, and a beautifully appointed living room with fantastic water views.
Second Floor:
A waterfront king bedroom offers a private balcony overlooking the Channel. An additional bedroom with two extra-long twin beds shares a full hallway bathroom.
Third Floor:
The large primary bedroom features a queen bed, a trundle bed (one or two twins), a private bath, and a cozy sitting nook. The private balcony on this level provides the best lookout point over the Channel—an ideal spot to watch the sunrise over Assateague Island.
