Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 90 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating. The entrance is ground level and leads over an external stair. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Cellar 45 sqm.
1st floor: Living room / bedroom as intersecting room, 16 sqm and with lounge, dinette, TV, radio and CD. You have access to the 16 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom 16 sqm and with 1 double bed. Cooking nook with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (2 burners), electric cooker (2 plates), refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
Ground floor (separate apartment): Living room / bedroom as intersecting room, 7 sqm and with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed. Bedroom 16 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, jacuzzi, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Grižane. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and bushes, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Stone house. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October 3.5 m x 7.5 m 1.5 m deep).
