The stone villa “Mariva” is located in a small place, Tribalj, in the hinterland of Crikvenica, between the green mountains and the sea. The villa delights with a mixture of natural beauty and tradition, gastronomy and attractive locations with various tourist facilities for rest and relaxation. It also offers the opportunity to go for walks along the lake and to do extreme sports - paragliding, hiking, cycling, hunting and fishing.

The old stone house was completely renovated in 2018. It is 6 kilometers from Crikvenica. Crikvenica is one of the most famous tourist centers in the Kvarner Bay with its beautiful beaches, walking paths and tourist attractions.

The house extends over 350 square meters. It has a private swimming pool, a small pool for children, parking and grill. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a covered terrace and an additional toilet with a washing machine. A stone staircase leads to 3 double rooms, one of which can be equipped with an extra bed for one person and a baby bed if desired. Each room has a personal safe and a private bathroom. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, smart TV and free internet access. You can rent villa for 7 guests.

The house is ideal for those who want to spend a nice, romantic and warm family vacation, but with a nostalgic touch from old times. The courtyard of the house is fenced with a high stone wall and offers absolute privacy, as well as relaxation and refreshment by the pool.
