About this property

Haleiwa Palm House

This incredible, newly constructed modern home is completely private with an electric sliding driveway gate with covered carport space for two vehicles. It has a fully equipped kitchen fit for a chef. There are three large bedroom and baths as well as a detached quiet office space for remote working demands. It has a large covered Lanai to enjoy outdoor dinners or a tropical morning coffee while taking in the island sounds of singing birds and ocean waves.

The space
The property offers a private front and back yard. Our guests will be offered a code to access the property through an electric powered sliding gate which opens to two private, covered parking stalls. Enter the house on the main floor which offers two bedrooms, 2 full baths, one of which has an en suite bathroom and a bunk bed with 3 separate mattresses. The second downstairs bedroom offers a double bed. Just across the hall is a large bathroom with beautiful, spacious marble tile shower. Upstairs is a private master suite with a King size bed and its own size-able en-suite bathroom.

Our home is child friendly but not child proof. Please insure that children are never left unsupervised by a responsible adult.

Hawaii regulations require 30 day minimum rental. Please contact host for further details and availability.
