This condo offers the best of all worlds, with cleanliness and steps from the private beach. Avoid the crowds of the public beach in this beautiful private beach with the lounge chairs already at the beach for your convenience. Literally yards from the beach, exit the ground floor condo and walk 100 yards to the gate to the private beach. Only 2 miles from the village, with an easy close by trolley stop just outside the complex. Beach cart, umbrella, cooler, beach toys and towels provided for your convenience! Look no further. If traveling with multiple families, other condos available so you can all be close together at same private beach. Ask me!

One bedroom with comfortable king size bed, duvet and duvet covers, so no dirty comforters here. Additional queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room, comfortably sleeps 4. Full sized kitchen with all appliances and kitchen needs to make you feel at home.

This ground level unit provides easy in and out access without busy lobbies or elevators to deal with. A day at the beach should truly be a day at the beach and this unit will provide you with that comfort!

Relaxing Beach Stay

We loved everything about our stay. The private beach access was convenient for numerous beach visits each day. The wagon and beach umbrella were perfect for toting our toys, drinks, and towels. The chairs provided on the beach were easy to move and were put away for us each night. We ended our Disney vacation by relaxing at the beach for 2 days and found it to be exactly what we needed! The neighbors were very friendly. We weren’t able to use the pool due to some renovations going on, but with the calm, shallow water at the beach it wasn’t needed for my kids ages 5 and 8. Highly recommend this location.

Location, location, location!

We wanted a relaxing vacation near the beach and this place did not disappoint. The proximity to the gulf is hard to beat--literally minutes away by foot. The condo had everything we needed, including a bunch of beach gear (umbrella, cooler,etc.) which made for a very comfortable stay.

Wonderful stay

The property was great!! Very clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need. The bed was very comfortable, which is a huge thing for me, as most are not. The only complaint I have is there is only one nightstand and I’d prefer two. The bathroom shower head was very powerful and detachable, which is always needed at the beach. The proximity to the beach is great. We had a problem with the a/c the second day and the owner got someone out within a few hours to take care of it. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this place. I hope to stay again in the future.

A Memorable Birthday Trip

My daughters and I celebrated our birthday's together during this stay, and it was full of pleasant surprises. The condo was perfectly suited for our group of three and had everything we needed. While there wasn't a Keurig (an absolute luxury, not a necessity) I was thrilled to see a coffee pot! After a few failed attempts, I was finally able to brew myself a pretty decent cup of coffee. The location is amazing-literally a 5-minute walk to the stunning Siesta Beach. The condo came fully stocked for beach days with a wagon, umbrella, cooler, toys, towels, and honestly everything you really need. We also really appreciated the free transportation options to and from Siesta Village. We made sure to tip our drivers well since it was such a helpful perk. Siesta Village is a must visit! So many great spots to eat drink, shop, and just unwind. The host was incredibly responsive and patient with all my questions (and I had quite a few).The main bed was very comfortable, and while the sofa bed is probably more suited for children, it worked for the short time we were there.We truly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to coming back!

A great getaway!

This is a perfect spot if you want to relax at a beautiful beach spot. The property is exactly as described. The host has everything you need for a day at the beach. All you have to do is add your bev& snacks. The condo is very quiet and the bed was comfy. There are plenty of restaurants or grocery stores in the area. Everyone was friendly and the area is a great family spot. We definitely will return!

Nice little place

Overall a nice place but we ran out of toilet paper within a day and had to go buy our own. Also, be careful of the water in the shower. They installed the valve for the water backwards so the hot is the cold and vice versa.

This property had everything I needed!

A plus for me was how close the beach is. Everything I needed for me and my kid was easily accessible. Beach chairs were already on the beach that I didn’t have to rent. The owner has beach toys, towels, umbrella and wagon. It makes a difference when you’ve traveled via airplane. The property itself was very clean. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely & relaxing

Thsre are so many plusses that added to our perfect stay! This unit was so comfoftable for the 2 of us....bedding & pillows, super equipped kitchen (lots of unexpected small apliances ,spicss & coffee fixins), beautiful beach acces. One of the nicest parts was the walk to paradise thru the canopy of sea grape trees to arrive at beach. We loved enjoying our meals at the shaded tabld just outside our front door. So many nice features about this unit. We are sure to return. Our host was excellent relayi g details re check in & answering quesyions. Everything was exactly as promised & we truly hated leaving.

Girls getaway!

Booked this unit for a visit from my daughter-in-law and 11 year old granddaughter from Phoenix. This was a perfect place for the 3 of us. Short walk to beautiful sugar sand beach, including chairs and loungers. Wow!! The unit was decorated very beachy and spotless. Everything you could possibly need was provided. Beach toys, noodles, umbrella, beach wagon and a large cooler. We didn’t cook but everything was there including spices. We took the trolley each night for a little shopping and dinner. I will be back. It was fantastic. 🥰❤️

It is a ground floor, convenient and easy in and out, no stairs to climb. Beautifully decorated and updated and the private beach is just a few yards away. Convenient and no streets to cross.

What makes this property unique

All the comforts for a great vacation will be provided for you in this condo. Close to the beach, the chairs at the beach already for you. I provide a beach cart, cooler, umbrella, beach towels and toys. Recently added a wireless bluetooth speaker kept on top of the shelf behind the front door, please leave it there upon check out!
