Come and experience the great fun at our beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath vacation home located directly on Lake June in Lake Placid Florida.
This spring fed sand bottom 3328 acre lake is the most popular in the county for boating, jet skiing and fishing. Experience beautiful sunrises and sunsets from your second story porch or fabulous boathouse with open deck with patio furniture.
A two story home decorated with many antiques. Hardwood floors thru out and carpet in the three upstairs bedrooms. Downstairs has slate and wood floors as well.
Uniquely decorated for your comfort the upstairs living room area has a tv, couch and chairs for relaxing and entertaining, full bath with tub/shower and dining room. Galley style kitchen is complete with all cooking utensils, large refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker. Downstairs has a laundry room with a full bath shower. Sitting area with fireplace, wetbar and dishwasher. Another living room area with tv, couch, loveseat with two recliners and trundle bed for two additional guests to sleep.
You may bring your own boat and jet ski and tie off to designated hitching posts. The dock goes out to the boathouse that has indoor and outdoor patio furniture. Facing East and west enjoy beautiful sunrises or sunsets. No usage of boat lift.

Great House

This house and Lake June were both amazing. We loved the house, it had enough room for a big family, the boat house was great and the small sandy beach was wonderful for the kids. We would definitely rent it again!!

Not as expected

Place was nice but did not have 4 bedrooms, or master suite, or king beds in all the rooms. Also mattresses had plastic protection on them but was actually mattress storage bags, so they were very hot to sleep on. There was a lot of road noise.. Location on the lake was awesome, although we did not get to enjoy it.

Eclectic and Quirky with amazing views

This house is so unusual and we loved it. It was like staying in an antiques museum. Communication with Mary was quick and she is very responsive to any questions or issues. The house has room upstairs and downstairs for lazing around and the bedrooms are nicely sized. The kitchen, which is reminiscent of older homes, is extremely small and hard to cook large meals in, but it gets the job done and was nicely stocked with cookware. The 2 story boathouse is a very cool feauture. The dock is difficult to maneuver with a larger boat (ours is 24ft), due to where the tie off cleats are located and the water level is pretty shallow. The shallow water has its advantages also as we could just sit in the water and not worry about treading water all of the time. The kids enjoyed it. The backyard is very pretty and relaxing although the midges (flying insects) will carry you away. The house is conveniently located close to the public boat ramp. If you don't mind a more rustic charm then this is a good recommendation and the view is amazing.
