Our beautiful waterfront townhome presents breathtaking waterfront views of the Assateague Lighthouse and Assateague Island, creating a serene backdrop for your Chincoteague getaway. With two waterfront balconies offering bird watchers a paradise to behold, a glimpse of the Assateague Ponies and crabbing/kayaking right off our shared private pier, the wonders of nature are right at your doorstep. Enjoy nighttime stargazing from the upper deck or stopping at NASA on Wallops Island on your way to Chincoteague.
Rear Den with queen sleep sofa and half bath is third semi-private sleeping area. Den also features a small deck.
The two bedrooms, both with private bathrooms, are on the upper level.
Waterfront king bedroom has expansive views of Assateague Island and sunrises from the balcony.
Second bedroom features queen bed and trundle.
Shared pier for crabbing and launching kayaks and canoes.
