Functional, spacious, bright house, for a maximum of 12 people including children, large fenced garden not overlooked in a natural environment, facing the forest to spend a pleasant stay with family or friends. You will have access to walk at our ranch Amadeus estate of 8 hectares, relax by the wild lake, go see the horses, but also take original photos with our western décor.
The bike path connecting the lake beach (3kms) and the ocean (11kms) is at the entrance of the property.
EXTERIOR
The garden is fenced, large tables shaded by the large catalpas await you to take your meals outside, gas plancha, sunbeds, swimming pools 7 m X 3.50 m secured by alarm. And of course the large 6-seater jacuzzi under the veranda to relax in the evening.
You have ample free parking.

The house consists of a large living room, dining room surrounded by large bay windows, American kitchen, 5 bedrooms, + a large mezzanine, 3 separate toilets, 3 shower rooms, 1 children's playroom, a library, 2 offices.
