As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a gorgeously furnished and bright living space, thanks to the large tall windows that fill the apartment with abundant natural light and warmth. It also includes a comfortable sofa where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all their favourite shows.

The open-plan kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and make delicious meals, such as a fridge, an oven, a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The bedroom is elegantly decorated, including a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We're delighted to welcome your furry friends! Our property gladly accepts domestic animals. Feel free to bring along your pets and make your stay even more enjoyable.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The 15th arrondissement is a vibrant district with plenty of attractions to explore.

For art loversvisit the Antoine Bourdelle Museum and the Espace Frans Krajcberg Gallery. You can also retrace the advances of the famous scientist at the Pasteur Museum or discover postal history at the Musée de la Poste.

As for shopping enthusiasts, head to Rue du Commerce or the new Beaugrenelle shopping centre. Take a stroll at the ultra-modern Parc André Citroën and Parc Georges Brassens.

Let yourself also be tempted by the Aquaboulevard water park, which offers visitors 7,000 m² of change of scenery.

Finally, to enjoy a panoramic view of Paris, climb to the top of the Tour Montparnasse, where you will be amazed day and night.

Take advantage of the many viewpoints over the Eiffel Tower that the 15th arrondissement offers, especially the Bir-Hakeim Bridge.

Paris-Orly Airport is a 33-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
