The kitchen has granite counters and a breakfast counter open to the dining area which comfortably seats six. A master bedroom can be found on the main floor, features a King bed, Cable TV, private master bathroom, and its own access to the private deck which overlooks scenic views in Shipyard. The private master bathroom has granite counters, a jetted tub, and a separate walk-in shower. A secondary bedroom is also located on the first floor with a King bed, Cable TV, and private bathroom. The third bedroom is located upstairs and features two twin beds, Cable TV, and its own private bathroom with tub/shower combination.
