The master bedroom has a king bed, first guest bedroom upstairs has two twin beds, the other guest bedroom on the first floor has a queen bed, and a sofabed is available in the family room. Each bedroom offers its own private bathroom, plenty of closet space, and several dressers. Completely updated with flat screen TV's throughout, free wifi/cable, private back deck with an electric grill, free tennis, and 3 pools within the complex. The bike path behind the villa will lead you straight to the beach or right down the street is the popular Coligny Plaza.

The kitchen has everything! It is equipped with high end appliances and every item you need to cook and enjoy eating in or grilling out! The living room has great views of the back yard area and nicely decorated with cozy furniture. The dining room is right off of the kitchen and has great views of the mossy oak trees out back and a dining table for 6.

No expense has been spared in this villa and it's highly decorated with very nice furniture, awesome views, privacy and is only a 5 minute walk to the beach! This unit is directly across from the nearest pool! There are 3 pools that are open April 1st to October 1st and are not heated, a tennis court, lots of walking areas and lagoons with water features! It's just beautiful and relaxing! This villa has been equipped like it is our home, as it is part of the time! We are here quite often working and keeping it updated, clean and nice for our renters! Nov 2022 we replaced the entire first floor with new flooring and new carpet going up the stairs.
