We spent 4 nights at the apt and it was great. Everything was clean and in good condition and close to several shops , bars and restaurants. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen was well set up. The neighborhood was great, and it was easy to walk to many places that we wanted to visit. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a great stay, our second. One cannot beat the location here, and it's quiet and super clean and has everything one needs for a home away from home. We will come again and again!

Comfortable quiet property; ideal location

Sweet apartment ideally located to downtown Philadelphia. Quiet, first-floor walkup with very good appliances (fridge, washer/dryer). The host’s communication in the lead up to and during our rental was exceptional. Highly recommend.

Nice, clean property; Excellent location

This is a very nice apartment. It’s basically but sufficiently furnished and the location is ideal. It’s walking distance to just about everything in Center City Philadelphia. Be aware that it’s on the second floor of a building with no elevator. That should not be an issue except for anyone with mobility issues. Also, the 10:00 AM check-out time is enforced. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we would recommend this apartment.
