Clean & well maintained w/ eat-in kitchenette, fridge, microwave, Keurig, sun deck w/ ocean view, 1 parking spot, 2 televisions w/ ROKU TV, free WiFi + 2 air conditioners/heat pumps. Very short walk to main beach, restaurants & shops. No pets, no smoking + no children under 12. Common area includes patio tables + chairs. Reasonably quiet guests appreciated. No parties please. Just a great place to stay, walking distance to everything, beach, shops, restaurants. Super comfy bed, well equipped kitchenette, private deck overlooking the river and ocean. What more could you want? Would stay here again without hesitation

Ideal location overlooking the river and close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Amazing view from the back deck, perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee or a drink.
