Ali`i Kai is known for it`s private and quiet setting.

We`re available to answer questions or offer suggestions prior to booking and throughout your stay.

Ali`i Kai is located in Princeville on the north shore of Kauai. Walking and bike trails offer access to Princeville Center with shopping, restaurants, and a grocery store, plus the paths to Hideaways, Sealodge Beach and Queen`s Bath.

Walk, bike or drive around Princeville. Venture to Hanalei, Haena, Anini by car.
No parties or additional guests allowed. Noise complaint fines - As this home is in close proximity to residential neighbors, it is imperative that noise levels be kept to a minimum throughout your stay, and that you honor the noise curfews of 9 pm through 8 am. This means, any disruptive noises, such as screaming, children playing loudly, talking/laughing loudly, at any time, may solicit a complaint from the neighbors. We ask that you manage your noise levels appropriately. If there are complaints re: noise, you will be contacted and informed of the type of noise that is a disturbance. If there are additional complaints, you may be charged up to $500 (in PV, the first noise complaint, if received from the PV patrol, is automatically $200). If there are further complaints, after multiple warnings and lo you will be asked to leave the property.

Clean and calming place to stay

We stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed how open and clean the condo was. The little back patio with views of the ridge lines was a great place to enjoy the mroning and listen to birds. The location made it easy to drive to beaches or hikes. We loved the pool and hot tub!

We came here for a night with our 18 month old. The property was clean and in great condition. They were equipped with a playpen and booster seat and children’s silverware which was very helpful. Location was great, near a lot of beaches, queens bath, the main town area with restaurants and the 1hotel which is nice to go to for sunset. We would definitely stay here again!

Staying here was super nice and easy going. Communication prior to check in was great with clear directions for the check in process. The condo was clean and well appointed without being overdone which we loved. Beach equipment came in very handy, location was lovely, pool was well maintained. Couldn't have asked for more!

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay, especially the view. Be aware there is no AC. It would have helped us had the description stated that rather than having to check in the amenities (my bad for not checking). So if you run hot like my family does, that one thing wasn’t ideal. But a nice stay overall.

Our stay in Princeville was absolute perfection. The residential location was perfect given we wanted to be close to good food and have easy access to the main road for day trips across the island. The unit was spacious, clean and easy to locate. We’ll be back!

Small but cute

This property is nicely decorated and clean, but a bit tight for 4 people. The photos show outdoor seating for 4, but there are only 2 rocking chairs on the lanai. Also, the bedrooms are small, and especially the second bathroom (too cramped for 2 people at the same time). I contacted the manager about some issues and items that need to be added to consider it “well stocked”. There is no water view, but the mountains are lovely. If you plan to be out and about often (like us), or are 2 adults and 2 small children, this place will work. Communication was good and the Ali’i Kai complex is in a good location, with a nice pool.

Excellent Princeville Condo - ALL NEW

This property has been recently redone. Everything is new, clean, organized. Lots of little details have been thought of that make a big difference (coffee grounds, sugar, salt and pepper, beach chairs, boogie boards, games, etc). The grounds are very well maintained, and there is a beautiful mountain view from the family room porch. We used this condo as a base for North Shore activities. Family of 5. Easy communication with the host. It is a place we enjoyed relaxing in.

Girls Trip

We had a great stay at this property. Although the listing did say there was air conditioning, but there was not, which we didn't need anyway. Location was near pool and hot tub which was great to have close by after long days of exploring the island. It was great to have beach chairs and towels for out trips to the beach.
