The cottage has been beautifully updated and features a full kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, and two full baths. The large lanai and garden backs up to the golf course and the historic Queen Emma Path, a tree-lined trail that leads to tranquil Wyllie Beach.

The bedroom suite features a California-King Tempur Pedic bed, workspace, and private bath complete with a dual-headed rain shower. Enjoy the tropical garden view from the dining room and native wood built-ins in the living area. A convertible sleeper sofa and additional bathroom with soaking tub make a comfortable setting for additional guests. Aloha from our Ohana to yours! We are based out of Denver, Colorado with Kauai being our second home. This bungalow is a long time dream made possible, we plan on living here full time once we retire. We are happy to share our Hale and our dream with you as our guest.

Why they chose this property

Kauai has a magic to it that welcomes you in and keeps you constantly in awe. This Princeville bungalow is in a prime location, situated off the walking path into Princeville Center where you can enjoy restaurants and shopping, weekend farmer's markets and sunset strolls with sweeping mountain views. Head out back of the bungalow and down the historic tree lined Queen Emma's carriage path to Wyllie Beach (the furthest extent of Anini Beach and a favorite spot to site sea turtles). all while only a 7 minute scenic drive down to Hanalei. The bungalow offers a large private lanai with golf course views and gorgeous tropical garden.

What makes this property unique

We love the privacy and tranquility of the bungalow with its expansive main suite, vaulted ceilings and native wood features. The spacious lanai and wine cooler make it perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The double headed shower in the main suite is the perfect luxury to get that sand out of your hair. When you're in the bungalow you are close to everything, but feel like you have your own piece of paradise.
