Potenzial, das man noch entwickeln kann

Positiv: - ziemlich zentrale Lage (mit der U-Bahn super) - Supermärkte nah, gute Restaurants um die Ecke - Wohnung sehr sauber und weitläufig Negativ: - hellhörig innerhalb und zu den anderen Wohnungen (z.Z. laute Musik bis in die Morgenstunden aus der Wohnung darunter) - Bettqualität schlecht - viel zu weiche Matratzen; eines der Betten quietscht so schlimm, dass man beim Umdrehen aufwacht. . Geschirrspüler von vornherein als nicht funktionierend gekennzeichnet. - Ausstattung immer nur das absolute Minimum. Eine Wohnung mit max. 6 Schlafplätzen sollte nicht nur 5 Wassergläser, 1 Sektglas und 0 Wassergläser haben. Einfach ein bisschen mehr normale Ausstattung und alle sind gleich viel zufriedener. - Duschwand nicht dicht.

Die Wohnung war ziemlich sauber.Die Lage super. Die Check- in Vorbereitungen waren sehr schlecht. Am Check-in Tag hatten wir bis 9.30h noch keine Informationen zur Check-in. Die keycode Nummer war inkorrekt. Die Antworten kamen immer erst Stunden später.
