Best stay in Vienna!

This rental is still the best one we have found in Vienna. The location is excellent (1-2 blocks from public transportation and walking distance from Mariahilferstrasse) and the space is a great fit for a group of 4. The property manager is very gracious and responsive, and the apartment is always extremely clean. The lift was helpful for carrying luggage up to the 6th floor.

Vienna apartment

Peter met us at the apartment after we missed our train and made us 4 hours late. The apartment was so quiet, clean and as I envisioned. Location was good, close to the Ubahns, the bus stop and walked in and out to the centre of beautiful Vienna. Christmas market season did not disappoint! We will be back one day as 2 days was not enough.

We stayed in the Inner Stadt

We loved the location and stayed here 2 weeks. We had a gracious host and made sure we had everything we needed. Close to the Fleishmarkt restantarants and wonderful grocery and a block from the Danube canal. We took a wine tour and two Danube ferries. Close to Stephansdom cathedral. The U was 1/2 a block away. Easy curbside pickups from Uber to the opera and Philharmonic. We walked to the naschmarkt. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, well-appointed apartment

This apartment is dated but spacious enough for a family of four and well-appointed. Access to public transportation is excellent and Peter was accommodating and communicative. As of Christmas, the washing machine in the apartment was not working, but there are laundromats nearby and a washer and dryer in the basement of the building that needs to be sorted by Peter to use (we chose the laundromats - which are surprisingly expensive). We all agreed the mattresses should be replaced or a topper should be added (we all had springs in our back) but overall, the stay was pleasant and Christmas in Vienna is magical.

Appartement un peu vieillot

L'appartement est très bien situé autant pour aller au centre ville (20 minutes pour rejoindre le Hofburg) que pour aller a Schonbrunn (40 minutes). Le quartier est très sympa et offre des possibilités de restauration et de supermarché à proximité (attention aux horaires si vous avez pris l'habitudes des horaires de Slovaquie ou de Hongrie). L'appartement en lui-même est un peu vieillot. Le mobilier semble dater des années 80 et sont arrivés à bout de souffle. Les canapés ne sont pas confortables (on pouvait sentir les planches quant on s'asseyait) et les lits ne sont pas idéaux (trop mou). Nous avons découvert que le lave-linge était en panne quand nous avons voulu nous en servir... Heureusement, une laverie est disponible à 5 minutes. Il n'y avait pas de pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle donc nous n'avons pas pu le tester. La salle de bains est très sombre et le débit de la douche laisse à désirer.

Excellent emplacement : supermarché à 20 mètres, boulanger et halte de bus derrière le coin .Appartement spacieux mais fort defraîchi : tâches d'humidité sur les plafonds ( le propriétaire nous a dit que les plafonds seraient repeints en janvier , les infiltrations d'eaux étant réparées ). Matelas forts usés. L'appartement était propre et bon accueil du propriétaire .

Verkehrs Anbindung hervorragend. Das Appartement machte es auch erforderlich so viel wie möglich unterwegs zu sein. Abgewetzte Möbel, zerrissene Tapeten ( nicht durch den Wasserschaden in drei Räumen) , Küche nur sehr oberflächlich sauber ( bloß nicht versuchen die unterschrankbeleuchtung anzumachen, man bekommt fettige Finger, Backofen durch Schmutz nicht benutzbar, Badezimmer Beleuchtung Dunkelkammer ähnlich und auch gefährlich durch nicht vorhandene Lampen, Glühbirnen ungeschützt. Wir werden bei Ferien direkt nicht mehr buchen da offensichtlich die Angabe des Vermieters nicht überprüft werden.wir können diese Angaben durch Fotos belegen.

Gezellig appartement in de stad van Peter Amberger

Prima verblijf op de 6e verdieping. Keurig appartement. Alles was aanwezig, maar... de twee aparte bedden zijn echt aan vernieuwing toe. Martassen zijn versleten. Hier en daar nog wat nazorg wat slaapkamerstoelen en kastjes betreft en als dat in orde is waardeer ik/wij alles met een 10. Bus, naar diverse locaties in de stad om de hoek van de straat en beneden, onder het raam, een taxistandplaats: wat wil je nog meer..! Alleen die twee losse bedden: pfff

Gute Aufteilung der Wohnung, gute Lage und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten

Die Wohnung ist angenehm groß und die Aufteilung auf die Zimmer sehr gut. Es gibt einen Billa Lebensmittel Markt im Erdgeschoss und die Busstation zu Innenstadt ist 4 Minuten entfernt. Die Fahrt zur Innenstadt dauert 20 Minuten. Angenehm fand ich den Blick aus der Wohnung. Gegenüber ist eine Kirche, keine lästigen Wohnungen. Schön wäre, wenn Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine ausgetauscht werden würden. Dennoch waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung.

Un appartement bien situé pour le tourisme à Vienne

Un bon accueil par Peter lors de notre arrivée. Un appartement agréable, un salon salle à manger de bonne taille, deux belles chambres. La cuisine est bien équipée, mais il faudrait une notice pour pouvoir utiliser le lave-linge. Le quartier est calme et bien desservi (métro et bus rapides et pratiques), un petit supermarché est juste à côté de l'appartement, c'est très pratique. Nous avons passé un bon séjour, location à recommander.

Wien ist immer eine Reise wert, hat so viele Seiten! War schon achtmal da und es gibt immer noch mehr zu sehen und zu erleben. Großes, sauberes Apartement, nicht allzu schon ausgestattet, aber alles da was man braucht. Netter Gastgeber, super Wetter gehabt, vollauf zufrieden mit der Buchung über Home-to-go.

Mercatini di natale 2022 a vienna

Ottimo soggiorno, l appartamento è caldo e dotato di ogni confort: forno, lavatrice ,lavastoviglie, phon e due forni. Le camere sono molto spaziose e anche la sala da pranzo. Si trova a 10 mt dalla fermata del bus che porta direttamente al teatro dell opera di Vienna e a due passi c è il parcheggio pubblico. L appartamento si trova tra diversi ristoranti, negozi e bar. Il proprietario ci ha accompagnato e accolto con piacere e ci ha dato tante informazioni. Favoloso tutto.

Centraal gelegen en fijn appartement

Eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Appartement is wat gedateerd, maar voldoet prima, behoudens de matrassen. Die zijn aan vervanging toe. Apart toilet en een badkamer met douchen in bad met badkamermeubel. Buslijn 57a direct om de hoek gaat rechtstreeks naar het oude centrum van Wenen. Onder het appartement is een supermarkt dus van alle gemakken voorzien.

Great fit for our family!

This was an excellent "base of operations" for a week-long stay in Vienna for my family of four. The kids had their own room with twin beds and their own shelf for books. There was a comfortable living room/dining room for meals and hanging out, a kitchen for breakfast every morning and tons of closet space and storage. The apartment is close to both the Pilgramgasse and Margaretengurtel U-bahn stops, and a bus line, which made it really easy to get everywhere, and there's a Billa on the first floor for easy grocery shopping. The only negative was that the washing machine didn't work, but we found a Green & Clean not too far away for some mid-week laundry. All in all, this is a great value and ideal for a family that needs some space and doesn't want to eat out for every meal. Also, Peter is a timely communicator who went the extra mile to accommodate our early arrival.

Voll zufrieden

Der Vermieter empfing mich herzlich und aufmerksam, ich fühlte mich gleich willkommen und "zuhause". Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber voll ausgestattet . Die Lage war für mich perfekt, 10 Min zur Mariahilferstraße, 10 Min zur U-Bahn Margaretengürtel, Lage war nachts ruhig, direkt unten im Haus ein Supermarkt, und an der Straßenecke ein Wochen-Bauernmarkt. Es ließ sich sehr gut dort Wohnen. Dank nochmals an Herrn Amberger.

Great apartment and good value for money. Excellent connection to the U Bahn and to bus. Easy to reach all the main attractions in vienna. Family friendly apartment and close to a nice playground for the kids.

Wenn die Wohnung renoviert...

und bei dieser Gelegenheit etwas Geld in bessere Matratzen investiert würde, könnte man leicht 4 oder sogar 5 Sterne geben. Die Lage ist gut, die Erreichbarkeit der Sehenswürdigkeiten dieser großartigen Stadt und der Umgebung schnell und bequem. Im derzeitigen Zustand können wir die Wohnung leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Algunas cosas bien, otras no tanto

Las fotos dan mejor impresión de la realidad. Los sofás son muy incómodos y la decoración (excepto la cocina y el baño, que están muy bien) está envejecida. La línia más cercana de metro está en obras y el propietario no nos avisó hasta que estuvimos allí, siendo un elemento importante que nos hizo seleccionar este alojamiento.
