A deposit of €150 is required to access the property, payable online ONLY via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided there are no damages.
Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette odor post-stay: €450.
Extra key service is exclusively for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys? Fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key and where it's left.
