Cocoonr offers you this charming Nantes flat, located near the Quais de la Fosse, a place steeped in history. Located on the 5th floor (with lift) of a new residence, this flat can accommodate up to three people. It comprises an attractive living room opening onto a spacious terrace, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and an en suite shower room. The Lima flat offers all the comforts you need to discover our city, whether for business or pleasure.

Please note: works are currently underway on the main road leading to the flat, which may cause access to the flat to be delayed.

The accommodation comprises
- A comfortable living room with a double sofa bed, a table, a coffee table, TV and WiFi.
- A fully-equipped kitchen, including a combined microwave oven and hob.
- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room adjoining the bedroom
- Separate WC
- A basement garage with an electric socket for recharging a vehicle

Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

Neighbourhood :
All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by. You can easily get to the Ile de Nantes and discover the Machines de l'île, the Carrousel, a play and relaxation area that will delight young and old alike.

- By car: you can park in the closed garage located in the basement of the residence. An electric socket allows you to recharge your vehicle directly in the private garage.
- Nearest train station: Gare Nord, 15 minutes away by tram.
- Nearest airport: 17 minutes by car, 45 minutes by public transport

L’appartement est identique à la description, bien pour quelques jours, il est fonctionnel. Cependant la propreté laisse grandement à désirer, moutons de poussières un peu partout, la vaisselle pas propre, les draps tachés et si vous faites dormir quelqu’un dans le clic-clac il y a juste un draps pour protéger le lit et il est laissé deux plaids, pas très hygiénique, seul côté négatif de cet appartement."

Le plus est le garage fermé et sous sol par contre éviter les grosses voitures l’emplacement est étroit. L’immeuble et son accès intérieur est très sécurisé! L’appartement est identique à la description, bien pour quelques jours, il est fonctionnel.
