Rob is a very respectful renter. We have rented this house three times and have always had a very pleasant experience. Quiet neighborhood, great living space! My husband is an artist and uses the outdoor kitchen as a studio! The pool is not heated but this year it was not necessary. Close (5 min) to downtown BSL. AND GREAT restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful, charming home with spacious pool and outdoor area makes for a memorable get away. Home is great for family and friends in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Thanksgiving break getaway

Water was low at pier but our boat was able to dock all week. Lots of comfortable seating area and ease to downtown beach area. Mattresses were 5 stars.
