Great stay

Kitchen was awsome. They had everything you could possibly need. Great view and the other tenants made us welcome. The only downside was the inside pool was closed.

Perfect Place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love staying at Grand Pointe! Unit 306 was very impressive with updated countertops andgrat master shower! Balcony was a perfect place to catch the sunrise and watch boats.Only suggestion would be to update the couches and chair - not too comfortable.

September 2023 Stay

We loved our stay! Everything went well! Beds felt great! Loved the master shower. Very clean! We would stay there again. Perfect location. Enjoyed the pool, beach, hot tub and gathering area around the grills outside with 3 other families who also stayed in the complex. My husband enjoyed fishing along the rocks. Coffee on balcony and watching the boats go by was wonderful!

Great quick get away

2 suggestions 1. Consider getting a new master bedroom bed mattress. Not very comfortable. 2. Lots of sand was found on balcony. Consider a better QC after cleaning.
