Gîte on the first floor of the owners' house with access by outside staircase, at the foot of the Rhune. Entrance, fitted kitchen (dishwasher, gas hob, oven and microwave, fridge-freezer), living room, living room (TV 102cm), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 double bed), shower room (shower and bath), wc, pantry (washing machine). Reversible electric heating, air conditioning included. Small private terrace upstairs, garden shared with the owners (swing). Car park. Close to hiking trails and 8km from the beaches of St Jean-de-Luz. A pleasant apartment for holidays on the Basque Coast, heating/air conditioning included!
