Cozy home in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to Historic downtown Flagstaff and I-40. Avoiding the gridlock on Milton Road will save you some grief. An hour and a half to the Grand Canyon, one hour to Oak Creek Canyon and Sedona, minutes to Coconino National Forest, Wupatki and Walnut Canyon National Monuments as well as Sunset Crater. Winter skiing at the Arizona Snowbowl or ride the lift in the summer for fantastic views of Northern Arizona! At 7000' in elevation Flagstaff has a lot to offer year round, simply too much to list. Large fenced backyard with putting green, swing set and a deck that wraps around from front to back with gas grill. Game room with pool table and sleeper sofa. Three bedrooms, one with king bed, one queen and one with two twins. two baths: master with large walk in shower, second with tub/shower combination. Minutes to Foxglenn Park and Flagstaff Aquaplex.

Relaxing getaway

This is a great little place! Our kids liked the pool table. The kitchen was nicely stocked and everything was clean! The pictures on VRBO don't do it justice...it's way brighter and cuter in person!

Cute family home

This was a really cute, fun house to stay in. My kids (14&11) loved the pool table and putting green outside. It was the perfect location for us with what we had planned this trip. It was super close to skiing and downtown.

A restful getaway

The property was excellent! Space was perfect, clean, and had all needed amenities. We loved the gameroom/pool table; the kids loved the backyard swings and putting green. The fenced in yard was a bonus for our dog. We drove to the Aquaplex near the house for the kids to swim and that was a bonus with an indoor rock climbing wall. It was an easy 90 minute drive to Grand Canyon. Location was perfect! We felt right at home. The hosts gave easy to follow directions for entrance and greeted us with a text. So nice!

Great time. Owner response was quick. Patio is awesome and the Clubhouse is very nice and inviting. This place was fully stocked in the kitchen. They are making improvements like widening the driveway, and hopefully a TV in the main living room. Would stay again. Thank you

Excellent house to make you feel like home

My daughter graduated and I had the family over for dinner after and it was a wonderful experience. The house felt like home and everything one could need was there for us to use. I chose this home based on the amount of space and bed sizes. Excellent choice and communication with host was superior. Highly recommend

Warm, Inviting home. Perfect for the entire family as well as your pup!

Wonderful property nestled among the pines in Continental Country Club/East Flagstaff. This home is "your home away from home" and had everything you could possibly need and more! Its location is perfect for sightseeing, skiing, relaxing at the club, going to the mall or movies, or visiting larger attractions like the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Wupatki, Antelope or Walnut Canyon etc. It is also further away from the university so there is less traffic to deal with on this side of town. It has a fully stocked kitchen including many kitchen gadgets and small appliances you wouldn't expect in a rental, as well as any spice you might need, Spacious living areas, pool table, games, puzzle, magazines, and more. Outdoor areas were awesome with wrap around decks, a fully fenced in backyard with swing set, BBQ grill, lawn furniture, etc. I really can't say how much we enjoyed our stay here. We definitely will be back next time we visit Flagstaff!!! Thank you Jerry and Gloria, your hospitality was much appreciated.

Quiet neighborhood, wild life all around, convenient location for day trips, easy access to main roadways in and out of the area Cozy country club cottage has all the amenities you could ever require or need. Very comfortable place to stay, unwind and relax. It truly is home away from home. The host responses quickly to any concerns which you may have. Extremely polite and thoughtful. A place where you would want to come back again, like a second home.

Heat get away

The house was very clean. Jerry and Gloria reached out to us and were professional and attentive. I cannot say enough good things. My husband and I were looking for a get away out of the Phoenix heat. This is a terrific place, quiet neighborhood run by terrific folks. It’s a large family home great for a couple or family.

Cool Getaway

Wonderful stay in a pine tree-ed neighborhood that provided great relief from the AZ desert heat. The house has everything a family needs for a summer array and was a great location for seeing the sights of northern AZ.

Great family cacation house!

It was only my husband and our 14 year old (and our fur babies). It was perfect. Husband and son were skiing. I was working and tried to rest. Back yard was big and fenced in. Dogs loved it as much as we did.

Lovely location and house!

We stayed for several nights with 2 small children and a dog and had a great time. Lots of snow and the kids (and dog!) had lots of fun playing in the yard. Great living area and kitchen, and very cosy place to spend a low key snow day. On better weather days it was a very easy drive to Grand Canyon and to Williams. Would stay again!

Wonderful Winter getaway!

The hosts were great- even offering to let us check in early without having to ask! A great house for kids- pool table, wii, board games and lots of room outside. Just a wonderful time!

Weekend in Flagstaff

Very nice weekend stay! My wife, son, and daughter in law, and 3 grandchildren (ages 9-13) had a great time. The kids played mini golf in the backyard, enjoyed the Nintendo Wii set up on the tv, played pool in the game room, they were very happy. The kitchen was very well stocked, we used the outdoor grill. The master bedroom was very comfortable. Location was close to town, perfect for our October trip to see the beautiful aspens changing color! A really nice VRBO to treat your family!

Perfect for us!

Spacious and clean house with comfy beds and fully fenced yard for our dog! The kitchen was well stocked and the master bedroom shower was amazing. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. A favorite area of the house was the billiard table!

Clean and well appointed

This family takes pride in their home. The home is clean, has every supply you could need or want, is well located in a great neighborhood and close to everything in Flagstaff, or a great launching place to discover all the treasures of Northern Arizona.
