About this property

This newly renovated beautiful mountain chalet is just a short 800m walk away from Whistler Village with ski out access. The open concept 5 bed, 4 bath house provides a lot of space (over 3,000 sqft). The living area offers a unique fireplace with vaulted ceilings and giant windows that show off the amazing views of the mountains. There are heated floors throughout the property to provide you with the ultimate level of comfort after a day on the hill.

Enjoy all the amenities this place has to offer! Your own personal 10 person hot tub, BBQ, private balconies on the main and lower floors, 82" TV with a great sound system, foosball table and the newest addition, a skeeball machine!

Enter through the garage door where there is ample room to store your skis/boards, bikes or golf clubs. There are boot dryers to dry your boots and there is room to park 2 vehicles. There is more room to park 1 more vehicle in the driveway and a parking pass is also provided.

On the top level is a loft bedroom that has 2 bunk beds, double on the bottom and singles on top with an ensuite bathroom.

Coming down into the entry level, you have bright large windows where you can sit and gaze and the amazing views or play a game of foosball.

The main level has 1 Queen bedroom with a beautifully tiled bathroom opposite.
This level also boasts the large living, kitchen and media area, with modern light fixings and spacious seating areas.

On the lower level you will find the master king bedroom with an ensuite steam bath and rain water fall shower. A second queen bedroom with an ensuite shower and another bedroom with a king and double bunk.

You can enter through the garage where there is parking for 2 vehicles, 1 more on the driveway and a parking pass is also provided. There is plenty of space to store your snow gear, bikes and/or golf clubs. You will find a boot dryer to make sure your boots are dry and ready to go for your next epic day on the mountain. You can ski home and be at your door from the slopes in less than 5 minutes. Relax and unwind after your day and enjoy everything this home has to offer!

Great House for Big Groups in Whistler

My family (immediate and some extended) headed to Whistler for US Thanksgiving. With our large crew (8 adults, 1 teen, 1 tween, and 1 toddler), we had a lot of needs from a space and entertainment standpoint, but the house met all of our needs. The house itself is great as it has ample space from a sleep arrangement standpoint, various spaces for people to come together and do their own thing as desired, great views, and close enough to the village to either walk (the uphill back is just a bit longer than most would prefer) or quickly jet down in a car. We took full advantage of the kitchen, which was well stocked, the two TVs and unique bluetooth stereo were easy to use, and the hot tub was nice for the chilly weather. The property manager, Ruth, is amazing and very responsive from a communication standpoint and was eager to help out with a couple items that required attention at the house. Only reason I’m giving this house 4 stars instead of 5 is since we were the first in the house for the winter season, we had a couple items that didn’t function as expected during our stay (understandable s part of the transition in peak seasons). But, we were able to work around the couple hiccups, and again the house and Ruth are great. Highly recommend the house for large groups with eclectic tastes and preferences that want to be close to the village while in Whistler.

Beautiful, Well Appointed House

We had a wonderful stay. The property is new and clean. It has a very nice view as well. Communication with the property manager was excellent. I would recommend staying here.

Great for groups!

Beautiful property with gorgeous view out the back! We stayed in the summer, and it was a steep uphill walk from town, but certainly manageable. The property was more than large enough for our big group with plenty of space to spread out. Skee ball was a hit! Kitchen was well stocked for grabbing groceries and making meals there.

Beautiful Getaway

We stayed at this home for a weekend to celebrate my 40th birthday with some friends. A gorgeous house with everything that you need! I would say that it's "walkable" to the slopes. The ski in/out area was incredibly icy, and we were unable to ski out. You can walk to the slopes via the road, but it is a large, steep hill, and hard on ski boots. We ended up driving a car filled with our skis and boots down to the conference center and had that as our base for changing in and out of our skis. But we walked to dinner and to the village easily (as long as we weren't carrying skis or in ski boots). Everything else was amazing! Plenty of linens, pillows. Great games. Great hot tub. Great speaker system.
