SUMMARY

Pinnacle Ridge #20 is a spacious and bright 5-Bedroom, 3-Full Bathrooms, 3-Half Bathrooms townhome features floor-to-ceiling windows offering expansive mountain views. Pinnacle Ridge #20 is perfectly located, just 200 meters to the ski-in, ski-out trail to Blackcomb Mountain and a short distance from Whistler Village and the Upper Village. This property is ideal for an extended family or group of friends.

Enter the home and be greeted by plenty of windows and a vaulted wood ceiling creating a bright, open concept living, kitchen and dining area. The living room has plenty of seating and features a beautiful wood burning fireplace perfect to nestle up around during those cold winter evenings. The kitchen features granite countertops and a breakfast bar. The living area flows out to the large balcony offering a BBQ and panoramic views. The main floor also offers a powder room and portable AC units in both the living room and dining area.

After a day on the slopes, head down to the lower level to access the covered deck with private hot tub. For fun for the entire family, head down to the lower level to find an Irish-themed bar with built-in beer taps, full server kitchen with two fridges, a pinball machine, dart board, karaoke machine and a sunken den with two TV's and a powder room. Other home features include private garage with a boot heater, heated flooring throughout, in-suite laundry, and high speed wifi.

BEDROOMS

Head upstairs to the primary bedroom, offering a king bed and en-suite bathroom with in-floor heating, a large soaker tub, overhead rain shower and double vanity. On this level you will also find the 2nd bedroom featuring a tri-bunk (single over double) and an en-suite powder room.

On the lower level, you have 3 additional bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom features a king or two twin beds and a private en-suite bathroom with in-floor heating and a shower. The 4th and 5th bedroom also offer a king or two twin beds. You will also find an shared bathroom on this level offering in-floor heating and a shower.

Great Whistler property
The is an outstanding large and spacious home in a nice neighborhood close to the Blackcomb base. The Aloha Whistler group set everything up as requested. Plenty of amenities including a hot tub, grill and large recreation room and bar on the lower level. It is a 5-7 minute walk to and from the ski run that leads to the Blackcomb Gondola lift The garage is a tight fit for an SUV, but there is guest parking on the street. Overall we had a fantastic week. If you are looking for a large home that can accommodate 8-10 people comfortably, this is a great option.

This place is fantastic. Beautiful, clean, spacious. Only tiny downside is the kitchen could be better stocked with oil, spices etc, but there’s lots of pans and cookware. Definitely recommend
