Very nice little house. Well equipped. Great view. Close to take a swim and close to a little shop. Many possibilities to take a walk at the coast.

Very cosy, clean and nice cabanon. Vraiment à 100m de la mer!... When the Parc des Calanques is closed, you don't have to worry: you have your own calanque nearby.

Lovely stay in beautiful Niolon!

I had such a relaxing and peaceful stay in Niolon. The property is very clean and comfortable, with a superb terrace. Communication prior to my stay was excellent. I first visited Niolon over 10 years ago and it seems exactly the same, which is good to see! It's easy to reach by train if you're not driving, just a five minute walk from the station.In July the terrace had sun from early morning to early evening and the view of the cove and the bay of Marseille is beautiful. It's also great for watching the sky change colour over Marseille at sunset. It was so nice to be just a couple of minutes' walk away from the water when you fancy a swim! Niolon is a really good swimming/snorkelling spot as the water is so calm and clear. The property is also just a minute's walk from the small delicatessen and ice cream shop - perfect! : )

Une semaine début novembre au paradis. Le calme du hors saison et pourtant le soleil, les balades et les baignades. Le cabanon était parfait. Nous reviendrons !

Sehr schöne, gut eingerichtete und gepflegte kleine Ferienwohnung, von Klimaanlagen über sämtliche Küchengeräte bis zu Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen alles vorhanden. Perfekt für vier Personen. Küche und Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick auf den Hafen von Hafen und Marseille, tolle Lage, auch zu Fuß und per Zug alles erreichbar. Nur leider weder Supermarkt oder Boulangerie direkt im Ort (nächste per Zug in L‘Estaque). Gegen die Moskitos könnte eventuell ein Insektenschutznetz vor dem WC-Fenster Abhilfe schaffen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden auf Anfrage gegen kleinen Betrag bereitgestellt - Merci! Sehr freundlicher und verbindlicher Kontakt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Très bel hébergement

la dénomination de cabanon est très modeste, mais ça me plait bien. Il s'agit d'un hébergement très confortable, propre et cosy réalisé à partir d'un cabanon. Vue superbe sur la mer et Marseille. Très bien équipé, spacieux, très belle terrasse. Situé dans une calanque qui a su gardé son cachet. A proximité immédiate de l'épicerie du village et de la gare Et accueil très sympathique
