The detached villa Casa Wosy is located about 700 m above the resort of Peniscola on the mountain Las Atalayas. It is surrounded by a Spanish garden. The large terrace is equipped with modern outdoor furniture that invite you to linger. Enjoy breathtaking views of the rugged rocks and urban panorama as well as the town of Peniscola from the top and see in the distance the Mediterranean Sea. An outdoor shower invites you to cool down.
You enter the villa via a spiral staircase in the entrance area and find a sunny dining area for 6 people. Casa Wosy has 3 bedrooms (2x double bed and 1x twin beds).
The open kitchen to the living area features in addition to the standard (large fridge / freezer, stove / oven, sink) via a dishwasher and microwave. Crockery and kitchen appliances such as coffee maker, toaster and kettle are also available.
The spacious living room is furnished with leather sofas next to a fireplace and a modern TV and hi-fi system. The bathroom has a sink, bathtub, shower and toilet. In a separate room there is a toilet with sink and washing machine (iron / ironing board available).
Another dining table with seating for 6 people is available in a large panoramic room. There, the leather sofa bed offers the possibility for 2 more sleeps.
A year-round use is possible through the existing central heating (partial underfloor heating).
4 parking spaces on the property are available.
Escape at the Villa Casa Wosy the hustle and bustle of the time or spend a wonderful day on the golden sandy beach of Peniscola. The town center and beach can be reached by car in just 5 minutes. There offers Peniscola and the beach promenade, close to numerous restaurants and shops lots of shopping, you may stroll through the old city and enjoy the atmosphere of the castle.

Horrible place

We rented a house that was advertised having 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. What we found was 2 bedrooms 1 full bath and one toilet and sink in the laundry room. Unbeknownst to us at the time, there is another bedroom and bathroom on a lower level. They never told us about it and we think the property manager was living there. The house was filthy on the outside and inside. The only full bath we saw was moldy. No linen, only one pillow and no microwave to be found. It was so bad we had to leave. We got a hotel room and never stayed in the VRBO home.

Mooie ruime villa

Heerlijk verblijf, mooie wat gedateerde villa. Prima uitzicht. Te hoog om te lopen naar t dorpje of strand. Inchecken gaat lastig, concierge was niet direct bereikbaar. Toilet papier en kruiden niet aanwezig

Mooi gelegen woning, voorzien van een groot terras met mooi uitzicht op de omliggende heuvels en de kustlijn. Aan het einde van de straat starten mooie wandelingen op smalle paadjes tussen de rozemarijn en tijmstruiken op de omliggende heuvels. Kortbij vind je grote supermarkten en terrasjes. Droog weer met veel wind! Onze honden en wij hebben ervan genoten!

Urlaub mit Hunden

Aufenthalt im November, Haus ist gemütlich und sehr sauber.hat gut funktioniert, bequemes Bett. Umzäuntes Grundstück, die Hunde hatten genügend Platz. Würde das Haus wieder mieten wenn wir in der Gegend sind.

Tolle Lage

Man hat eine schöne Terrasse mit toller Aussicht. Da es an einem steilen Berg liegt ist ein Auto sehr von Vorteil. Preis Leistung ist einfach super! Sollten wir nochmal Urlaub in Peñíscola machen würden wir es wieder buchen.

Sehr schönes Haus, alles da was man braucht, haben auch gekocht und gewaschen. Viel Platz und tolle Aussicht über Peniscola. Zum Strand ca 30 Minuten zu Fuß Berg ab. Der Rück weg ist länger und angenehmer, wenn man einen Mietwagen hat.

El aire acondicionado es insuficiente, solo en el salón. No había nada para fregar el suelo ni para limpiar el baño. No había papel higiénico y una parte de la casa estaba cerrada y no nos dieron llaves, se correspondía con una habitación con cama doble y un baño con ducha....El administrador no nos explico absolutamente nada, se limitó a enseñarnos las estancias y darnos las llaves.

Vue magnifique rue bruyante

Belle propriété dans très bel environnement Seul bémol la circulation de l'avenue même que c"est en montagne il y a bcp de passage. Sinon très belles vacances et gestionnaire maison vient rapidement si besoin.

A Great Place to Stay

A good place to stay though a car is needed as it is near the top of a hill. The house was warm & well equipped. While we were there it was sometimes very windy. We may have just been unlucky. Communication with the caretaker was difficult. He spoke no English & our Spanish & German was limited. We enjoyed Peniscola, its beaches, coves & castle.

Sehr schöner Langzeitaufenthalt

Um der unangenehmen Winterzeit in Deutschland zu entgehen, haben wir uns diese Villa gemietet. In diesem gepflegten Haus haben wir alles gefunden, was uns die Zeit hier schön machte. Die Landschaft in und um Peniscola bietet Alles für einen Urlaub mit Hund. Wir fanden die langen Spaziergänge am herrlichen Strand und in unmittelbaren Nähe der Villa besonders schön. Ein schöner Urlaub!

Super tolles Haus, sehr freundlicher Verwalter.

Nach einem anfänglichem Missverständnis, das aber direkt vor Ort geklärt werden konnte, hatten wir ein supertolles Haus. Hr. Schulz kümmerte sich und gab uns tolle Tipps. Ein kleines Manko gab es: Auf der riesengroßen Terrasse gab es fast keinen Schatten und es stand uns nur ein Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung.

Sehr angenehmer Urlaub

Wir waren in diesem Sommer zwei Wochen in Peniscola. Hier kann man sich in ruhiger Lage mit einer supertollen Aussicht auf die Berge herrlich erholen und mal richtig die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Unterkunft ist gepflegt und sauber. Man findelt alles, was man braucht. Für uns war es ein gelungener Urlaub. Wir haben uns gut erholt und den Wein und das Essen genossen. Man kann das Ferienhaus wirklich weiterempfehlen. Auch die Umgebung ist sehr sauber und nachts angenehm ruhig. Vielen Dank!

Alles top! Haus top! Fam. Sylvester top! Sven top!

Wollten eigentlich in der Nähe von Valencia in ein Ferienhaus. Die Vermieterin bot aber leider eine total vernachlässigte, stinkende und mit Müll eingerichtete Bude an. In dieser Notsituation haben wir noch in Spanien befindlich eine Notlösung gesucht und haben wie durch ein Wunder durch Zufall das Haus der Fam. Sylvester gefunden. Nicht nur, dass die Fam. Sylvester großes Verständnis für unsere Notsituation zeigte, sie waren auch sehr entgegenkommen und hilfsbereit. Das Ferienhaus ist einfach bezaubernd gewesen hoch auf dem Berg über dem schönen Ort Peniscola. Dort haben wir unsere Ruhe gefunden. Zum Meer waren es ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Vor Ort konnten wir uns stets auf die Hilfe und den Rat von Sven (Hausverwalter) verlassen. Jederzeit wieder! Besten Dank an die Sylvesters & Sven. Sorry für die späte Bewertung, aber: frohe Weihnachten und nur das Beste für das neue Jahr 2015.
