LARGE VILLA HOUSE 130m2 in a closed residence PEDRO DE LUNA 3 km from the center and the beach of Péniscola (large free car park located next to the EDEN campsite 200 m from the beach) ground floor living room, dining room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom wc, garage and enclosed veranda, on the 1st floor 1 bedroom with double bed with balcony, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with mezzanine bed 1 person and below 1 double bed overlooking the 20 m2 terrace, bathroom with bath and wc, 100 m2 enclosed courtyard, with parking space in front of the house, and shared swimming pool open from June 15 to September 15, bikes available, barbecue, WIFI, television channels French, air conditioning ground floor and 1st floor. We accept dogs and smokers without worries.
Péniscola is a very pretty town, the old town of which is nestled on a rock, crowned by the PAPA LUNA castle. Barcelona is 2 hours away, VALENCIA at 1:30 am, also at 1 hour the very large amusement park PORT AVENTURA

Una casa muy bonita! Tienes todo lo que necesitas! Un Aldi está unos minutos en coche muy cerca. Wifi y aire acondicionado. La piscina bien. Los vecinos súper bien. Para ir a la playa o a tomar algo necesitas coche. Todo en todo genial! Gracias.

Vous avez laissé la maison dans un état catastrophique sale pendant 5 jours toute la vaisselle utilisée et non lavée grille de frigo cassée clé perdue ect je passe les détails vous avez mis le bazar dans la résidence et vous êtes partis comme des voleurs vous devriez avoir honte

Situación ideal

Viajamos en familia. Para ser exactos fuimos 8 personas incluida una niña de 2 años. La casa es muy cómoda y la piscina comunitaria está genial. La casa en general es muy cómoda el patio trasero lo aprovechamos al máximo. El centro de Peñíscola y las playas se encuentran a 3 minutos en coche, esto para nosotros no fue un problema ya que valoramos más la tranquilidad y seguridad de la casa y de la urbanización.

Un gran acierto. Nos encantó la casa

La casa está genial, muy bien ubicada ya que buscábamos la tranquilidad de la casa y cercanía a la ciudad. La casa está muy completa, tiene de todo y la urbanización es genial. Coincide la descripción, fotos y ubicación con las fotos del anuncio. El propietario muy atento y contestaba a los mails enseguida. Sin duda volveremos.

El alojamiento muy bueno, lo único que podría destacar es que la comodidad de las camas es un poco regular, de resto todo perfecto, limpieza, lugar, piscina y tranquilidad 😉

Casa Peñíscola vacaciones familiares

Propietarios y vecinos geniales, buen precio, casa amplia y completa. Ubicación buena, limpieza perfecta y tranquilidad. Como punto negativo destacaría la incomodidad de los colchones de todas las habitaciones, así como el sofá del comedor. Almohadas también incomodas. En general le otorgaría un 7.
