Beau Ryad isolé

Le ryad est jolie et de qualité. La piscine et le jardin sont magnifiques et bien entretenus Cependant il n y avait pas de climatisation intégrée ( seuls des climatiseurs mobiles étaient proposés «  payants « ils sont connus pour être particulièrement bruyans) nous avons utilisés les ventilateurs mis à disposition ( ce qui nous a pas permis de passer de bonnes nuits ) Un grand merci à Khadija la cuisinière qui nous a préparé de bon repas ainsi qu à Mustapha son époux qui était à notre disposition si besoin. Nous sommes restés 2 semaines et nous n avions pas de linge de lit de rechange ( nous avons dû faire une machine sans lessive !) idem pour les serviettes de toilettes ( un seul set proposé par personne) Le petit déjeuner est très basique ( uniquement une crêpe par personne et du thé ; aucun fruit ,yaourt ,jus d orange ni même du café proposés Des améliorations sont nécessaires pour ces détails qui sont importants quand nous sommes en vacances La villa est très très isolé la voiture est donc indispensable ( aucun commerce à proximité)

Bonjour Mohamed. Merci pour votre visite. Vous n'avez manifestement pas compris le principe de la location de villa. Vous n'êtes pas dans un hôtel. Il est tout de même triste de constater que vous n'ayez rien retenu du descriptif. Tout y est détaillé. Et ce n'est pas faute de vous avoir tout réexpliqué en réponse à vos nombreux messages (71 messages échangés au total). Par ex, les draps et serviettes de bain sont fournis mais il est de votre responsabilité de les laver, la machine étant à votre disposition. Nous veillons à toujours laisser une réserve (produits nettoyants, papier wc, sucre, épices, café, etc) devant suffire à votre consommation pour votre jour d'arrivée, afin de vous laisser le temps de vous reposer, prendre vos marques et ensuite, faire vos courses en conséquence. Cela vaut également pour le petit déjeuner qui n'est pas offert. Vous êtes libre d'acheter les aliments qui vous font plaisir ou l'ensemble des ingrédients afin que Khafija cuisine pour vous. Il va de soi que ce personnel que nous mettons gentiment à votre disposition est à rémunérer par vos soins en fonction des prestations que vous souhaitez (repas, ménage ou les 2). Nous concevons que vous soyez déçus de votre évaluation mais comme indiqué dans le règlement d'Abritel, vous êtes tenus de laisser le bien dans l'état où vous l'avez trouvé. Rebecca et Tariq

Magnifique Ryad

Très bon sejour dans ce ryad totalement privatisé avec un grand jardin bien entretenu et piscine. Les pièces de vie sont disposées autour d'une belle cour intérieure avec une fontaine. Une belle terrasse à l'étage pour les soirées. Khadija et son mari Mustafa sont d'une gentillesse et d'un professionnalisme incroyable. La cuisine de khadija est succulente. La wifi fonctionne très bien même si le réseau électrique n'est pas très puissant. . Voiture indispensable pour se rendre au ryad. La communication avec Rebecca a été satisfaisante. Elle a repondu à toutes nos questions même si ce n'était pas forcement rapide. Au final, ryad totalement dépaysant et à refaire.Très bel endroit pour se resourcer au calme.
