Thank you for the review Jennifer! We have a full size air matress located in the bedroom closet. We have slept 6 to 7 comfortably between the air matress and sofa multiple times since we have had the condo without any problems. We wish you would have messaged us during your stay and we could have told you where the air matress was located. We have notified the HOA about the dog barking and we also wish you would have messaged about that during your stay as well so we could have notified them the same day and had that issue taken care of for you. We wish you had notified us of these issues during your stay so we could have had our cleaning and maintenance company come over right away to resolve any issues that you had. You mentioned that the VRBO app was not allowing you to access messages which is at no fault to us. You could have called VRBO customer support and I'm sure they could have helped resolve the issue with their app on your end. Our messages on the app and desk top have been working as usual and also our contact cell phone # and email are both listed clearly on the trip screen when you book so if you were not able to access the messages on your app or desktop you could have text, called, or emailed us at anytime during your stay. As always the condo was professionally cleaned before your arrival so we reached out to our cleaning company to inquire about the odor and/or pet fur and they said there was no odor or fur when they had arrived to clean the condo and no one else stayed there in between them cleaning it and your arrival. Furthermore, we reached out to the previous guest that stayed before you and they said they did not bring a cat with them during their trip and did not notice any odor or pet fur either. We have our maintenance company spray for bugs regularly and we personally steamed cleaned the carpets back in August before football season began and did not notice any mold along the edges. We take pride in our properties and also take pride in quickly resolving any issues a guest may experience during their stay. We receive a push notification from the app, a text message, and an email anytime a guest messages us so we can always respond very quickly. Once again we appreciate the review and valuable feedback so we can continue to improve and enhance our guest experience.

Hi Georgia, Thank you for the valuable feedback. If you would have contacted us when you arrived we could have had the issues you stated addressed immediately that same day or night. We personally came out to the condo the week after your stay and replaced the towels, trash can in the bathroom, put new blinds and curtains up, and made sure everything was in order and cleaned properly. As we stated if you would have reached out to us during your stay we could have had all of this taken care of right away. We provide ourselves in responding quickly to our guest needs and doing whatever it takes to make their experience as enjoyable as possible. Our listing clearly states that it's a 2nd floor condo and the deck is cleaned after each stay, however with so much inclement weather that Oxford has experienced this year, tree limbs and leaves tend to pile up in a moments notice, which is why we have brooms available at the condo incase bad weather comes through and the deck needs to be swept at any point during your stay. Thanks again for pointing out what needed to be addressed at the condo so we can continue to make improvements and enhance our guest experience. Thank You!!!
