Clean, bright 1-bedroom apartment on the third floor (no lift) of a former mansion house on a beautiful, tree-lined avenue in a quiet, cosy area of the 7th arrondissement. Fully equipped kitchen, induction hob, combi oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer. Bathroom with washbasin, bath, toilet, heated towel rail. Sleeps 2 in a sofa bed, wardrobe. Individual electric heating, double glazing, 5-point armoured door.
Market Thursday/Saturday, easy parking, Metro 6, 8, 10, 13, numerous buses.
Close to the Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Ecole Militaire and other tourist attractions. All-inclusive charges include household waste tax, co-ownership charges, water, broadband internet, electricity and heating.
NON SMOKING.
