Résidence calme et très propre. Appartement montagnare typique, 2e chambre en mezzanine idéale pour les enfants. Salle de bain avec baignoire et chauffage, idéale après une journée sportive! Cuisine bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Belle hauteur sous plafond pour le salon et la chambre principale.Vue magnifique sur les montagnes depuis le balcon. Stationnement à 1min à pied sous le second chalet du lotissement. Appartement parfaitement équipé, on se sent comme à la maison. Nous ne partions qu'une semaine, l'absence de machine à laver n'était donc pas un problème.Centre ville à 10/15 min à pied (en descente) sinon prendre le MEGBUS (navette gratuite) au retour. A cette période tout est encore illuminé, une vraie beauté !Accès aux pistes en 5 min de voiture. Stationnement accessible facilement proche des pistes (parking payant). Station très jolie et domaine skiable incroyable.Échanges très faciles et agréables avec le propriétaire. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille et espérons revenir bientôt !

Parfait

L'appartement est idéalement situé, dans un très bel environnement, au calme. La résidence est très bien entretenue et l'appartement est parfaitement bien équipé.

Excelente apartamento para nuestra familia

Estuvimos una semana. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable, terraza orientada sur, menaje completo, camas cómodas, buena calefacción. Pueden alojarse hasta 6 personas. A 15 min andando del centro y a 10min del telecabina de Rochebrune. El propietario fué muy atento y respondió siempre rápido a mis dudas. Lo recomiendo 100%, la mejor calidad/precio de Megève.

Problème d’accès au logement

Le loueur veut gagner de l’argent sans se donner la peine de gérer ses locations. N’ayant reçu aucun message de confirmation de réservation par la plate-forme, ni aucune information sur les modalités d’accès du propriétaire, je n’ai malheureusement pas pu en bénéficier. Malgré une heure d’échange téléphonique nous n’avons pas eu de geste commercial honnête avec un remboursement a 50% de la somme comme demandé. Si j’avais eu les informations à temps j’aurais peut être pu passer une semaine à Megeve, c’est bien dommage !

Avis du vacancier non fondé. Le vacancier a confirmé sa réservation à la plateforme et a versé son acompte 4 mois avant la date du séjour. 7 jours avant la date de son arrivée, le paiement du solde n’est pas effectué ; les informations utiles pour l’accès au logement ne lui sont pas envoyées. L’impayé du solde entraîne l’annulation de la réservation et limite son remboursement à 50% de cette réservation. Le vacancier réclame à tort le remboursement de la totalité de son acompte. J’accepte malgré tout un remboursement partiel. Par suite, sa réclamation et son avis ne sont pas fondés.
